★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few Staff not cooperative and arrogant. Ms Deepa Gaur, passing officer has superiority complex. I have lodged a complaint against her but the resolution by branch was absurd. Branch Manager though humble cares least for customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well organized, good ambience, with AC, with SBI ATM & automated system for depositing money, passbook printing machine, noticed absence of some or the other staff a lot of times, amiability depends on person u r dealing with & the workload that day, so does vary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank/Branch. Staff doesn't care of anyone's existence. Staff doesn't have manners to talk with customer. A lady sits in opposite to door behaves absolutely insulting all time. Seems like, she don't wanna anything.
If want to experience worst banking, visit this branch.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For every simple task you will be redirected to several "numbers" before you get your work done and that almost never happens the same day. So unless you are some VIP eat a pill of patience before entering. Be polite or who knows you'd never get things done. They don't answer calls usually. So you have to visit the bank yourself. Timings are 10am to 4pm but sometimes they're generous and extend till 4.30 for urgent cases. Thankfully you have ample seats to spread out and while away your time. Also there isn't any mobile network inside most of the time. The bank is a bit far from the residential area of Mohopada, opposite to Pillai's College, (Rasayani Branch) and commute options are readily available.

A beautiful Garden outside of it.
Parking available.
