★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I travelled to Matunga specially to have subhash special choc icecream sandwich...I was not disappointed with the amazing taste and presentation of this awesome Icecream choc sandwich...The price is 150 rs which is worth as per the quality of icecream and the choc which is added by the sandwich maker with pure heart...u might not be able to finish this alone...I just loved it totally and m coming back soon to have this again. They have many other options too will try that very soon.

Whats good:
?Taste ! I was initially very doubtful of how chocolate sandwich would taste. I like my sandwiches with aloo or the regular cucumber. But this was sooo damn good !
?Portions! We ordered the Subhash special Sandwich for Rs.160 and it was good quantity for 2 people.
?Beauty- yep ! I know how can a sandwich be beautiful! But this sandwich was beautiful, infact artistically decorated with chocolate balls, shredded chocolate, wafers, icecream, and syrup. I thought about chocolate overload, but nope..it was perfectly balanced out with vanilla ice cream!
The sandwich got a teensy bit soggy by the time we reached it, but it was okay as it was dipped in chocolate sauce.
?Location: Bang opposite Ruia college, easy to locate.
?Quick service. The uncle serving it is sweet and talkative. He takes pride in his creations which is amazing to see.
Whats bad:
?The stall has no roof/umbrella or anything, so hygiene may be an issue as I saw many crows around. Also it close to a busy street and a playground, so dust may be a concern.
?No dedicated sitting area, but that is pretty much for all street side stalls in Mumbai. A platform is nearby where you can sit, if you get space.
Verdict: TOTAL PAISA VASOOL. Can give a run to the so-called 5 star restaurants. Must must try ! Worth every bite! Check out my pics and drool ;)

After watching all these tempting pictures of the sandwich they serve, we had to visit the place. The uncle is so sweet. Also he was discussing about all the new things he can and he wanted to add to the menu. We would again give him a visit for sure. Really enjoyed. Also a bonus point they are reasonable
Tried Subhash sandwich for the first time and we were very impressed with all the unique stuff this stall has to offer.
?Lays cheese sandwich?
It was filled with Samosa, cheese, onion, capsicum, mayonnaise, mint chutney and magic masala lays and topped with lays and cheese.
?Mayonnaise Samosa cheese schezwan sandwich?
This was filled with onion, capsicum, cucumber, tomato, Samosa, mint chutney and schezwan chutney and topped with schezwan chutney and lots of cheese.
?Ice Cream Chocolate Sandwich?
It is filled with Dark chocolate bar and grilled it and topped with Vanilla ice cream, Chocolate bar, Chocolate shavings and Chocolate Sauce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to have Chocolate sandwich in Mumbai. Been coming here since 2015, same taste since then. Over these years uncle has introduced so many variants, vanilla icecream, sundae ice-creams, gems, kitkat, oreo but my favourite still remains the OG simple chocolate sandwich and I'd suggest for a first timer to have it too

In spite being a small stall, it has gained popularity due to quality of sandwiches and presence for years. The quantity of chocolate added over sandwich is unbelievable. They don't compromise on quality and quantity. They are also serving chocolate ice cream sandwich, which is unique and perfect fusion. All sandwiches are scrumptious and reasonably priced.
