★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended to go for this internet service. After utilising for 1 month, suddenly my internet stopped working and it is now 4th day from 13th Sept that they keep telling me that there is a problem in their main line but not able to rectify it at all. Following up with them by giving them 6 calls and 2 visit at their shop. They promise to resolve it by EOD everyday but no resolution from their side to resume the Internet service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class service, no response and for external cable change they charged me which should service provider's responsibility but they took charges from me,even I have an existing connection. After all this I paid but internet still not working.
At office they have no answer for your any queries and when issue come on regular connection they will force you to move on a fiber connection only.
Dont go for this only west of mony with zero service.

Pros :
1. Internet doesn't disconnect too often, if you are lucky
2. Online payment option available
3. Responds often to calls, sms, emails about complaints
Cons :
1. 3,6,12 months plans has no concessions at all. At least some discount should be added
2. Internet goes down at least few times, that to during critical business hours and turn around time is always 4 hours
3. Internet speed fluctuates a lot during day and consistent speed is rarely received

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This provider don't have any proper service set-up( No 24*7 support). We can't raise a complaint, and have to rely on them to share updates.
They share updates on telegram group, were we can just read and not share feedback.
Insufficient amount of resources to provide support.
Internet goes down for very vauge reasons that too 4-5 times a month minimum.
Worst service. Please don't pretend to be ISP..if you don't have enough infra, man-power and process in place to support your business.
