★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lot of issues including electricity , water and maintenance. No dedicated maintenance manager , no plumber no electition. How this society is running God knows.
Also there is a Nexus b/w some builder personal and carpenter, water tanker etc.who are haressing residents and forcing them to use specific services.
Despite having 3 borewell this society runs on water tanker.
Special call-out to new owners ,please do not buy

Changing the review after buying the flat:
NO water, No electricity, Stinking STP , no amenities, No proper security.....Builder just wants money money and money without giving basic amenities. NO one cares about residents.
Residents have to pay for the water tankers even when the building is under construction.
Multiple expensive house equipment burnt due to power issues as the buildings main line is a mess.
No Generator connected, they have got one as a show piece Generator to lure potential customers. Residents have to climb 10 floors due no generator when there is power issues.
No working STP, they leave the stinking water in garden where childrens play when tank is full.
Warning: Speak with the residents living there before purchasing the flats !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic project, going on from 6 yrs, still not completed. Shoddy construction and materials used. Worst Management and no customer value. Management and Site engg is worse, very rude, arrogant.
My relative book here, we cancelled. SAVED
Better speak to some owners who have bought flats here before booking for their experience.
Stay Away, go for some other reputed builder like Atco or Confident or Sowparnika in that area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The builder is an absolute fraud. Nothing good about the project except the project location. Shabby Construction and management is the worst with no customer value. They are always on the lookout for money from the customers. Now, let me give a classic example on the fraud they do while posting reviews on Google too. Mahenderan Rajagopal has given 5 star rating to this project and he is an employee in Shravanthi team and has worked in this project. And in response Shravanthi group appreciates for his valuable feedback. Its hilarious and all are fraudsters. If you ever visit this project, you will notice 1 guard who plays dual role as labour, 1salesman with bunch of keys desperate to sale flats, 1 local goon who calls himself a site engineer with no engineering knowledge and behaves with customers and residents in the most rude manner possible. Talked to the residents (only given handover to 10 flats out of 90) in over 2 years and already water and electricity problems have come up and management turning deaf ears to their problems. Horrified on hearing it and thanking GOD from saving me. Posting an unbiased and long review to portray the right picture. Go ahead and Buy at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked a flat in sunniwa and while booking was told that in case of cancellation the booking amount will be refunded back immediately. Now it is nearly 2
years to cancellation and no reply from either the sales person or CRM even after multiple follow ups. Can I get the refund of the booking amount at all? The reason for low price seems to be because there are no buyers. Even today no reply from any one on refund after nearly one year to cancellation. Happy that i did not put all my money with this builder. Seeing Shravanti review is also scary. Resale would have also been difficult as no one would put their hard earned money with such builder / project.
Dear CRM team, have sent you multiple mails but no response. This way you will not be able to make any money nor will you get any new bookings.
3 years now no reply, thus approaching consumer court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every project faces some issues in the beginning. Gradually builder is trying to build momentum in all the concern areas but their sluggishness can't be discounted. Clubhouse, swimming pool, outdoor lights, STP and some other infra work around promised amenities requires attention. The 3 borewells boasted by builder are non functional, which is a big turn off. Location, configuration and money wise this can be a good property but has lost its sheen midway due to poor state of basic amenities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked a flat 907 in Sunniva around September 2021 and paid 2 Lakhs booking amount. Few days later, due to rainfall we have noticed that there were damps & water leakages and I gave them a chance to rectify and they failed two times.
I have decided to go for the cancellation and had a meeting with the CEO on Dec 20th 2021 and was promised that they will refund the booking amount. After the meeting I was informed from the CRM team that the booking amount will not be forfeited.
I was following up with the S. Chithambarathanu Pillai (CRM) & Malathi (Sales team) and informed that they will conduct a meeting with the MD for discussing about the refund. They have cancelled the meeting twice and told me to wait for another month and I didn't want to waste my time in believing them.
Considering the current covid situation, I requested them to conduct a virtual meet with MD and they didn't accept it. They were ignoring my calls and emails for a very long time and I have decided to take a serious step and send out an email to return my money within a week, if it's not returned I need to take a legal action and they didn't respond to that email as well.
If they ignore my legal notice then I need to file a case in consumer court.
I am sure that I will get a response to this comment to mail CRM team and am definitely sure that after sending email also they won't rectify or respond to it.
Takeaways:

3. Can't trust the site engineer.
I hope Shravanthi builders will look into this and resolve it very soon.
