Efficient Doctor's are with and great experience. Feel good at hosptal. They listen our problem and take care of patients at the top priority. Dr Mahesh Vinchurkar( Heart surgeon) Very efficient kind and well experienced Doctor with positive vibes as well as Dr. Pratik with great Management side. Well trained, caring staff. Security is very active. Management quick respond on any quaries. Feel like home. The best multipurpose hospital in Gujarat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic experience, the staff at the OPD desk doesn't have any idea about, the service provided by the hospital, i have visited the hospital to have a consultation for my 10 year daughter as she was in pain, the staff at the OPD desk told me the doctor will come at 11 and asked me to wait, after waiting for almost an hour the doctor came and after 15 minutes later we were called for consultation, there the doctor told me he doesn't see patients younger than 12, so after wastin time and my child's suffering we came back. So very horrible experience

This hospital provides great service on all levels .
The doctors are exceptional,very experienced,and honest .
The nursing staff and management very kind and considerate and very professional.
The hospital is of high standard ,clean ,hygienic, and in a good location in surat.
I would like to thank everyone who looked after us during our stay n wish everyone all the best

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST EXPERIENCE, HORRIBLE HOSPITAL, MONEY MINDED STAFF WHO IS TRAINED JUST TO DELAY THE TREATMENT AND MAKES THE PEOPLE JUST WAIT AND FILL FORMS. They are not concerned about the patient well being but just focus on making money. ALSO THEY MAKE INCORRECT BILLS ASSUMING INSURANCE WILL PAY IT ALL, SO DOUBLE CHECKING IS REQUIRED. THE LIFT IS TOO SLOW AND IF YOUR PATIENT IS ON 10TH FLOOR PREPARE FOR GETTING TIRED. NURSING STAFF QUALITY ALSO NOT GOOD. Only good part is the doctor, Mr Kaushal Patel. He is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very big hospital. Visited here for covidshield vaccine. Reached as per alloted time but as usual systems are not clear. Made to wait more than 3 hours. Rush on counter. Difficult to understand process used. Anyway has to wait as need to complete the task.
