★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Merchandise is pricey ofcourse, but good quality. Giving low rating because both the times I went, the staff is un-welcoming & disinterested. Unpleasant attitude. It's like they aren't happy to see customers at all. Even after I made an expensive purchase, snobbish attitude.

Shame on superdry
bought a jacket from superdry and they charged 3k extra in bill. I didn't realise the mistake as I made the payment by card.
When I took up this matter a week after when checked the details.
I had to visit twice and then they suggested me to write an email to the company
It was totally their mistake and yet they started showing tantrums.
All the staff gathered and said, you can do whatever you wish to do, we are not helping you and when I lost my temper listening to their non sense, one member started making my video
I had to leave the store.
Never would I visit it again
