★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff of Barrackpore Surakha has no work knowledge and the behaviour of floor manager is very rough.They don't know that prescription should be scan at the time of test.Again if anyone asking something they give you confusing answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 16th of January 2022,i 1st book home collection service from surakha, being a reputable diagnostic center, i Trust on them, but they did not come on given time, patient was fasting for 12hr and more, I call them they told they have very rush for that they will be late ,if it is very important come to the center and give blood, patient is not able go to the center so we cancel for the date and give them one more chance and book for 17th of January 2022,the blood collector misbehave with the patient and took blood bad very way, now she had blood clot on the part of hand where he took the blood. Very bad experience with them, don't do test there

Suraksha is running thier usg operation through this mad person.... Having psycho killer type attitude... Two lady assistant he is carrying is totally a nonsense staff without any skill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ was first hesitant going there seeing such bad reviews but apparently they were so much better than what i expected everyone was very professional and helpful, i 've been to both lal path and apollo clinic in Barrackpore and suraksha was far superior in terms of service and time everything went so smooth and quick without any issues, would highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor management. Reception counter is mixed up with cash counter everything from enquires to payment everything takes place in the same reception counter. There are lack of staffs or I will say skilled staffs. They will make a patient wait for long time they will say you to wait for 10 min which will end up in 30 mins or even more if they forget that someone named xyz is already waiting for his/her chance. They won't guide patients for the process for example I was told to sit and wait for the ECG by the security guard as because in the reception counter they were not at all listening to my queries they were busy collecting payments and making bookings. So I waited near ECG room for about 20-25 mins and then I realised there is not a single patient in the ECG room so I asked a staff who was roaming about. After knowing that I am waiting for ECG test he took me to the ECG room and did the test himself I was curious whether he is a Medical staff or not as he was wearing a shabby blue shirt. No one inside the centre were following COVID protocols all seats were occupied and even people were crowding near the gate just because of the slow and unprofessional management of the centre. Even the medical staff are not trained well they did my blood test and in result I am have a blueish colour internal wound on my arm. This type of wound I haven't ever experienced earlier whenever I have given blood for testing. This was the first time I had such a bad experience from this diagnostic centre. Being a high blood pressure person I was made standing for so long and not a single staff were taking any notice. I would personally prefer other diagnostic centre from next time onwards. At last I will like to say this negative review is not for any profit of any kind this is all about my personal experience which I have experienced within 2 days. I can guarantee not only me if I ask another patient or their family members they too will give a poor feedback. I have attached the picture of my arm were I can see this painful blue mark which occurred after the blood test and this is the first time I have experienced such a mark. I have donated blood a lot of times and even have given blood for tests many times but I haven't came across such a mark anytime in past records. Lastly one more thing I will like to mention please ask for money receipt as they don't provide money receipt or any serial no or receipt no in the bill they provide.
