★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surya developers are fraud and cheaters, they have land conflict with farmers in sriramanahalli survey no 17 and also court stay is there but still they went ahead n cheating people. So never buy plots from these developers especially Surya phase 2 or else you will end up cheating by them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought a site in Surya Phase 2 (sit no 60). I have legally verified the documents and everything is fine.All the sites have been approved by Planning authority. There is a team who are putting bad reviews just to threaten developers in this area to extract money. i can say with pride that there is no court stay or any issues with the surya developers. My bank loan has also been approved.
