★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cheater SV legacy, I had booked a flat in the month of feb, 2020. Due to COVID situation we decided not to buy. Sales team was suppose to give back the booking amount after deducting 10 % of the amount, now they are not ready to give back the amount. The address of the builder is also wrong in the sales deed provide by the sales team. Now they are not picking the call also . Fraud builder please don’t buy anything of SV construction properties!! Beware of fraud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had been to SV Legacy project some time back to enquire about flat availability for my relative.
Both the SV Legacy and SV Heights project offer one important convenience - location..other than that, the project seems to be similar to other builders (guess they offer few more facilities compared to smaller companies/builders)..
Lot of space has been left on the sides of the Legacy project adjacent to older SV heights project.
Noticed that the corridors of each floor seemed to be narrow and many of the apartments had either one of the bedrooms or Kitchen windows facing the floor's corridor. This did not leave a good impression given that one can end up hearing noise from people walking up/down the corridor next to their flats or if one is walking along corridor, they can hear noise coming from the kitchens close to the corridors..
If location is of great importance, one can consider this project as they will have access to Volvo/Metro transport facility in just 300-400m(hope farm junction) and few hotels & department stores nearby. Connectivity to ITPL and Marathahalli-Sarjapur will be good.
When I compared 2BHK flats in the range of 1000-1200sq.ft from top builder in the same locality, the carpet area is definitely lesser considering HIGH price quoted for remaining "SV Legacy" flats. Builders claim that OC and Khatha will be provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice locality with modern Amenities. Close by to metro/bus stand.
Club house has internal games like carrom, chess, billiards, foose ball and TT with a small Gym attached.
Outdoor games are well maintained.
Very friendly and co-operative staff. Marketing lady Deepthi was really helpful and knowledgeable.
One con- Interior you might have to spend little extra as the builders don’t provide granite slab in the kitchen but in the beginning of the sale all this information was given promptly so overall experience was good buying a property here. I liked it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My relatives recently bought a 2bhk here. The flat layout is very well designed with good ventilation; Project has good amenities and ample of free space for activities. Price, location and ratio of carpet to super area wise this is by far best project near ITPL.
