★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stay at this place. The quality of construction is very bad. On top of that the SVS group employees are not really very helpful once the payment has been done. The only good thing about this place is its location and proximity to ORR.

Never experienced such trouble and difficulty living in other apartments
The unorganized society and the useless president who does not address any problems faced by people living in the appartment which makes the mater even worst
Greedy for money,bcoz they have been asking 500rs per day to access their good for nothing. Amenities
Overall worst experience!!!??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Society is good, apartment complexes are neat and clean, a little away from the main road, should possess 2 wheeler or 4 wheeler to commute for shopping, security of the complexes good and satisfactory, ample parking on the ground floor, calm and quite residential area. If one wants to leave in the surrounding areas of Whitefield, one can opt for this Society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located a bit away from the main traffic roads, it is quiet place to live. It comprises of all amenities. However, it is a little far away from bus stops. If you have a personal vehicle, then you shouldn't have a second thought about moving in to this apartments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Nice Apartment. It has Swimming Pool, TT Court, Small Gym. There is no issue with Water. Electricity Backup- Generators are there, But Can't depend on Generator. Separate Parkings for Each Flats.
