★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experience as the sales executive was not courteous and rude, he did not show us our requirement and rudely said that we can look around for our requirement. Bad manners and rude behavior made us to walk out of the store and go onto buy from Kushal's in the same mall. He was judgemental that we did not have money to buy from store and was rude in his tome while speaking to me and my family. Please take this seriously as it would affect some other customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All that glitters is definitely Swarovski. I just love being at the store and witness the beautiful jewellery displayed. I have quiet a collection of the jewellery myself and I love every piece of the Swarovski jewellery. You don't need diamonds to flaunt. All you need is a Swarovski.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales people are cordial. My experience. I purchased one earring and also wanted another. They promised to get in one week. Next they rang up about availability. I wanted to exchange for one I purchased. They agreed. In exchange they had to repay Rs.500/-. They said they cannot pay cash nor keep with them. I had to buy another earring for about Rs.4000/- to adjust Rs.500/-. Hence I may not go there once again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store and staff doesn't deserve a star to rate. Been to other Swarovski stores in Bangalore and so far all the staffs have been extremely polite and good in helping the customer find the product.
The Store at Orion has the worst staff, especially the man there. He behaves in such a way that even the founder of Swarovski won't. He just doesn't display the products or assistant the customers. He just tries to push the customers out of the shop and is extremely arrogant.
Dear Swarovski, please provide basic training and ethics coaching to your staffs before hiring them so that the customers can have a pleasant shopping experience and you can make better business. Thank you!
