★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BIGGEST CHEATS. INCOMPETENT. UNETHICAL. THE OWNER IS INACCESSIBLE. BHAVYA AT THE STORE IS INCOMPETENT AND LIES. THE MANAGER RUDE. ADVANCE NOT RETURNED. DRESS NOT DELIVERED. I have been cheated of the entire advance given for a dress without receiving the item till date. I visited the store and purchased a dress against a 40% advance with the understanding that the dress will be altered to size within 3 days. They had some makeshift tailor ruin the dress. I wasted 2 days visiting the store before a wedding abroad. The girl at the store promised to have the dress delivered with the dress fixed on the day of my travel. it again was sent without much fixing - on asking for a refund of the advance due to their incompetence to alter the dress to my size, they promised that the money will be refunded on return of the dress, Trusting their word i sent the dress back to be told that they will not refund the amount despite the dress being ruined by their own tailor. UNBELIEVABLY DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE!!!!
