★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service we can't even update our passbook.. from sep to till date every time i visit there is breakdown or system not working passbook printing machine cannot print more than 3months record.. bank charges debited time to time but they can't give proper service to the customers..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After merging with canara bank, it seems they are not interested in customers. They want to close their bank permanently. Very pathetic customer service. This is what this government have done. Big and old banks like syndicate also are ruined totally. Don't open a account here. I'll rate 0 out of 5 stars.

We had given our application for opening ppf account in Mar 2022 which they could not open and gave us the reason that the ppf site was not working and with our repeated request and follow up they finally opened the account and now it one month over the the staff there is unable to give us the passbook. They give some or the other vague reasons. Good in delevering excuses.
