★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased from Tanishq for the first time. Wonderful experience. Had the impression that though ornaments of Tanishq are unique in design but they are too costly because of very high making charge. Found that idea to be myth to some extent. The ornaments were made affordable through lots of discount offers.
Most important was the cordial service of the staff. They took extra effort in helping us trying different items of our choice, which was missing in other big brand jewellery outlets.

The salesperson Debojyoti was very helpful and seemed to understand exactly what we were looking for.He also had a lot of knowledge to share while we were looking for the perfect ring. Staff named Dolly Singh is always overwhelming, helpful, patient and has very good knowledge of the products and offers. She is vnever in a hurry and gives all her time in showing excellent products. She understands the choice of the customer and very calm nature. Really good to have a staff like Dolly. Feel like visiting the showroom frequently.

The designs are exquisite and worth the money. Ms. Dolly Singh helps me to choose the designs as per my taste. She follows up regularly and shows me all the new designs that the store has. first, I bought my wedding band, then I visited there with my wife and got chains, earrings and a couple of other items... yes, it was pandemic time and they were taking all the necessary precautions but at the same time, service was top notch. making their patrons comfortable or any wish, they are there to accommodate it.
3 floors are there, depending on what you need and you will be escorted. they don't force or "sir le lijiye, bahut acha hai/acha lag reha hai aap pe"
Being TCSer, we get an extra 5 % discount on making charge so another excuse to buy stuff ;)
