Like her life was a joke.
Organizations like these should not exist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Had A Very Bad Experience I was Working With Pidilite Process.Worked With The Process For 5 Months Everything Was Going Smoothly But I Had A Arguement With My Team Leader "Nasima Patel" with The Shift Timings And After Few Days She Took Revenge By Saying That The Process Does Not Require Me And They Were Moving Me To Other Department So i Declined And I Spot Resigned From The Job. There are only 3 Employees in Roff Department so the man power counting me was 4 and they did not need me so i left the job, Recently I got To know that Pidilite Process Roff Department Has Hired a Employee As Manpower is needed 'So The Only Reason To Kick Me Out Was An Arguement With The Team Leader'. Everyone Out There Read This Carefully Team Leader "NASIMA PATEL" Is A Person Who Loves To Peep Into Employee's Life and Discuss Employee's personal life on floor...Where else Her Own Life Is a Mess , She Is a Lady With Loads of Ego & The Management Of Pidilite Process is Also the Same Even If The 'Team Leader / Floor Assistant / Supervisors' Are Faulty The Manager Supports Them This Is what has Happened With Me And Other Employees Who Left From Pidilite Coz the management becomes a unit as they are getting paid better from Pidilite.
Would Like to update I Also had and Incident With Another Team Leader Named "SAHIL"
He's Also a Selfish TL and i Had an arguement as i used to talk with his team employees.This TL sends his emoloyees for Lunch Break till 5:00 pm In the shift of 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Sometimes he leaves the Office Due to Personal Reasons And The Management is so Bad That They even allow him to go.
I would Suggest Everyone Out There To Work With Teleperformance But Don't Work With "Pidilite" & Even If Working With "Pidilite" Don't Work Under "NASIMA PATEL" & "SAHIL".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was hired for TU process but moved us to some other uk process for temporary, and after that moved back to Tu and after 10 days of training put us on bench, without any notice,now its been over 1 month, no revert from TP only the TL is saying no update yet will inform once it is done and now the management is saying they will not give our 10days working money, when i joined i was very much looking forwars to build my career here, but totally worst company ever! ☹️??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had joined teleperformance in the month of jan 2022 i received my first salary but for the month of march 2022 i had completed whole 30 days as per the pay cycle one day had some emergency and one of the family member had passed out had to take a leave for few days despite of informing them in advance these people assumed i wont be working and they removed me without any notice after few days received an email stating your full and final will be settled within 30 days assuming that i was happy that atleast i will get my salary but on 22nd april 2022 i received a mail stating i need to pay 10k to the company as an recovery amount i feel teleperformance recruitment is totally a fraudster if i wont get my pay am definately gonna take this to higher level also they have cheated with one of my colleague they havent provided her feb and march salary yet the bhr Mr Mandar keeps on stating wait for few days you will get but round of its now 3 months she is struggling to get her salary no one is replying her emails only she receives and email stating that all her dues are cleared but my question is where is her salary its not yet been credited bhr and fraud hr working there should be removed the company shouldnt hire such fraudsters
