The staff here is very polite and patient especially Shekher who went the extra mile and was kind enough to answer all the relevant questions and explain the various collection of Titan watches .He also provided details of the reward points program and the titan exchange and repair policies which can be used for future purchases. Admire his efforts.
Kudos to the other staff there as well as Titan ! My favorite watch brand .

The chat assistant Ms. Sarita was also helpful. The Service from "World of Titan - Inorbit Mall, Malad " was very good. Especially Mr. Ziahul was very helpful & co-operative ,He helped me in delivering My Watch to me on time & updated me on every aspect & The "Rajbihari uncle" who delivered watch to me was also very good & polite. It was overwhelming & very satisfactory experience for me. Now while purchasing any watch for my family I will always consider This store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly excellent customer service and wide range of premium watches.Entire Credit Goes to the Titan Representatives at the store Ziahul , Shekhar , Mam , Wasim .You all were very helpful , assertive , precise.I had very less difficulty to filter-out a number of choices.
I had a great time browsing the store , finally I chose two watch which I liked very much after speculating few models candidly suggested by Ziahul and shekhar.
However I am a big fan of Titan House.Their customer service is unbeatable.Products are long lasting certainly comes along with Titan Trust.The brand reputation is enough.
Perhaps we also buy other international brands but We must really appreciate "Made in India" "made by Indians" "for the indians" factor,we must encourage it , promote it , value it . Its admiring how every single watch is carefully made. I saw a video of a Titan watch Manufacturing plant , it is truly beautiful and admiring.
