★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As an honest review, this place needs an upgrade, the route plays a very vital role as it directly connects Shyamnagar Rly Station from Telinipara. For this it goes too busy throughout the day. Its ok for the regular user bt its risky for most of the new passangers cos the way from the ghat to the boat connects a narrow wooden bridge with no railings on any side. Its horrible to cross that bridge when people from both sides rush towards each other and almost impossible for hydrophobic person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a very safe jetty and the communication facility is also excellent. The road leading to the jetty is too congested. It connects Shyamnagar with Telinipara.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It connects telinipara to Shyamnagar. It has been renovated. Safety purposes are highly checked. After the accident, life jackets have been made compulsory for all passengers. The place has changed a lot, thanks to the governing body. This ferry service is the only mode to cross Ganga as the other two are closed for the time being. So it's a busy area. Overall 5 stars ? was perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telinipara ferry ghat has a long footbridge towards the jetty due to the lack of navigability at the bank of the river Ganga. Now a floating jetty and proper vessels are available for greater safety after the unfortunate disaster that happened a few years back. Now the rate is Rs.6 per person and safety jackets are given, but very few use those. It takes about 10 minutes to cross, and vessels are available every 15 minutes.
Though the roads to reach the ferry ghat are very crowded, filled with activities of the locals that lack manner. You can find various stuff accumulated by the side of the roads and you can find heavy traffic always.
