★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a good time here with my friend. We made our way here looking for a peaceful cafe and this is exactly what it is. It is situated alongside Roomali and the Mandarin Box. We just grabbed a tea and coffee and did not try any dishes here. For me I found the ambience really good which is great if you want to catch up with a friend over tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice tranquil place right in the heart of Church Street. The cafe is perfectly placed near book shops. Unlike the other cafes I visited, this is the only one which did not turn into a bar kind of atmosphere during weekends.
The cafe demands you to slow down and unwind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has good options in Continental food. The English breakfast (vegetarian), which included Mexican herb rice, baked beans, baked tomatoes, butter toast/bread tasted good. Then I tried their Vegetable Lasagna, which was loaded with vegetables like French beans, Carrots, Zucchini, Bell peppers etc., along with Cheese. The taste was good. The ambience is nice and provide quick service. The place is hygienic too, however, expensive.

-> Seating restriction, you cannot sit there for more than an 1hr if you visit in the evening.
-> The restaurant shuts at 10pm, we dined at 7.15pm & the waiter informed us it would shut down at 8pm.
-> Good ambience with heaven of mosquitoes accompanying you ?
-> Overpriced, decent food which isn't worth the price & quantity
-> Frappe will be served without whipped cream, I requested them to add more but they came back adding just a tsp of it ?
-> Cappuccino was something better

As it has been proven many times in the history,
“EVERYTHING GLITTERS IS NOT GOLD”
The service of the staff is horrible.
They don’t recognise your presence, they don’t explain the menu, they don’t look at you while they ask questions or take confirmations. The list is endless.
The security is way better than the staff.
I have visited the restaurant twice, one for continental and one for North Indian.
They are competitive in providing the worst possible experience.
They are very sincere in doing that in every aspect.
You CAN AVOID AT ALL COSTS visiting this place if you are someone looking for an good experience and peaceful time at any given point of a day.
My effort in writing this detailed review explains it all.
There is a funny line I noticed at this place ( Service Charge) without any meaningful service existing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambience and seating is great here! The food is upto the mark and I feel it was worth it with good quantity. We tried out the breakfast here and was very amazing. It has both open seating and dining hall. Price side it's a bit high as it's located in heart of church street. Worth giving a try!
