★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst after sale service and the guy on the counter is only available till you buy the product. Once payment done and if you have any issue, they will disown you and will direct just go so and so places. No co-operative attitude after sale service.

After sale service is worst , the sales guy one Mr. Ajay was not all cooperative when you visit for any service or alike work.
Store - It is good and available with good options. I have visited this store multiple times and also purchased 2 Tissot watches.
AFTER SALE SERVICE -
Real thing starts here, one watch stopped working within 7-8 months after purchase. I visited this store and asked for repairing . They told me to visit some Ethos watch service Center that was 2 KMs away from there , and that was closed and then visited some other one and they charged me for battery replacement and labor charges.
I asked this Mr. Ajay, what would be minimum life for battery for a new watch , he said 2-5 years. Then I asked him to refund the amount charged by service Center . He told me I will talk to service Center and after a lot of sending message he replied back they can’t .
Finally I send mail to Tissot and Ethos. They send me they will come back to me. I also raised a complaint in National Consumer Helpline.
Aftermath-
I got a call from manager of the store and he told me he is going to refund the amount and thus got my refund.
So, had this Mr. Ajay was sincere enough, this would not happen.
So visit and get all proper documentation .
