★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most prestigious building of Hiranandani Gardens Powai having only 4 & 5 bhk specious flats. All flats have breathtaking Lake view. This building has pvt swimming pool and gym inside the compound . Nice place for family stay for seniors employees and expats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expats stay away from this building! Much of what the past reviews say is true. However, the building is going DOWN in maintenance and upkeep. The water supply stops for hours at a time and throughout the week. Some floors and public areas are dirty and need painting. The exterior structure of the building looks shabby and needs cleaning. Delivery people often come up without notice so the security is horrible. The apartment is not worth the rent.
