I want to rate Dr. Shuib 1 or rather -1 because I'd consulated him for my knee pain.
After consulting him and physio therepy treatment I'm not able climb steps, sit in cross posture, walk, and drive the car.
My knee pain got doubled after consulting him and I'm living with it..
Adding to this he advises tests, tests and only tests...
Regarding his staff: Lady doctor shouts on me why did you came so late for physio therepy..
I told, ma'am , receptionist allowed me take physio therepy than only I came other wise I wouldn't have come in first place. Than somehow she did therepy without interest...
On my second time consultation one guy made a bill of tablets and processed for bill print.. after 5 minutes other one at the reception roudly told no no consultation charges has to paid.. I replied when did I say no..you guys only made the bill and processed..it was so embarrassing....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Service !!! Staff are very kind, helpful and guide the patients very well. For me and my family, for all ortho care it's one stop Total Ortho. Wether its age related issues for Elders or sports enjury for kids or guidance on vaccination, we have got the best medical attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited the Total Orthocare centre couple of times for my mother's Physiotherapy sessions and must say that they have very courteous staff with excellent services.
Special thanks to Dr Shafi for my mother's vaccination process. Extremely helpful and humble person who would listen to all the problems before the treatment.The vaccination drive there is very smooth and superfast .

Excellent..Clean House keeping, maintaining throughout the Day.The Staff from reception, Physiotherapist are Very Good with Patients. Particularly Receptionist Miss.Priyanka and Physiotherapist Mr.Parthiban are Very Good.

N today had been here for my husband's knee pain n dey asked us to register wer we he was already registered der n dey dont hav details in d system n asked us to pay 50rs extra for registration, wer I refused to pay 50 extra as was already a registered earlier n wen I asked dem to check again d lady receptionist asking me wer d details gone? N her behavior with patients s very bad n she s not fit to be in dat clinic as there staff ppl n doctors r very gud. N from her behavior had decided to go to other ortho but but as next was my turn I didnt go. .with such a a bad n impatient receptionist definitely clinic will get bad reviews as I'm posting her. But again I'm telling doctors r very gud n get gud treatment here..

The Mg Director is a very helpful person and gives very useful guidance on Covid vaccines for senior citizens like me.
The clinic is spick and span and the atmosphere is lively.
The receptionist needs to attend the visitors promptly.
