★ ★ ★ ★ ★ first of all not able to generate reports 550 rs gets deducted then report is not out ,because of their folly not able to get a loan these people are playing with peoples life ,customer care people the worst ever they just disconnect the call if they are not able to help worst ever not at all reliable people need to do something about this i will defnetly reach out to the consumer court and these people should be bought down

Status of Dispute : Account removed from the report
But it didn't get removed from my report. I'm calling you guys since 3 weeks and every day you guys are saying that it will get resolved next day.

We have always paid our loans before due date
Suddenly we were told by a bank official that our cibil score had detiorated and we might not get further loans...
It seems that last 6 to 7 months cibil showed that we have made late payments, which was absolutely false as we have all the statements
However bank said that it was an error by cibil and not by bank...
No cibil people are not taking any steps even when bank has send them all the statements once again
Now what do we do?
No body is picking up phone at customer care
i hope govt takes some steps against these activities

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Current Bank Record and Income is enough good, also 1 year earlier CIBIL score was 480 and now its 650 and likely to increase but its least matter to banking financial institution, so I think its just harrasement and nothing else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cibil data is old and dated.. they do not allow raising a dispute. As soon as I try to raise a dispute the website crashes.. till then all is working fine.
It sends cookies and then subsequently information to its website to block repeated attempts to its website and blocks raising any issues against its report.
It is paid by the banks and institutions so how can it be useful to an individual!!!
The agency is helping banks and financial institutions in recovery and collections!!!
It is a big scam setup by banks and finance companies to help them improve collections and give loans at higher rate citing CIBIL score as the reason.
CIBIL does not genuinely update individual information.
