We have booked a weekend trip to Matheran-Lonavla through trawell.in for 2 Adults and 2 Kids, It was really nice experience, and the hotel chosen by trawell.in at Matheran was also very good, it was near to many of the tourist points having plenty of amenities like swimming pool, indoor games, dance floor, play area, pool side dining area, clean & neat rooms. The car booked by trawell.in for us was also good, comfortable, clean sedan with polite and knowledgeable driver. On our return journey by Lonavla they have planned for Karla-Bhaje Caves, Tiger Point, Wax Museum, Rajmachi Point. Also the before trip communication made by trawell.in was also very clear, no hidden charges, no surprising changes in tour plan, communication on email & whatsapp made easy to understand, providing hotel booking vouchers, clear instructions, neat & tidy Itinerary were a plus point. Overall it was a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Trawell trip booking to Mahabaleshwar, Ratnagiri & Ganpatiphule from 24th-27th February 2022 was convenient. The hotels were tidy at the time of arrival, no issue so ever. Driver was polite at all time. Cab ride was comfortable. Enjoyed my time without worrying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a wonderful experience from starting. Mr. Dev guide me very genuinely. Our driver Mr. Nagaraj was excellent. He is very experienced driver and his behaviour was excellent. The hotel in Coorg I didn't like much but apart from that, hotels, food and places are all good. I would highly recommend trawell. And surely I will also plan another trip with trawell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience. They were very professional. Very polite. Even in festive season, they could make a hotel reservation when all hotels were booked. Our Vizag and Araku trip became memorable. Driver and car provided were good. Very helpful. They were helpful in every step of our trip. We would recommend them if u want a happy and memorable trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited all the places mentioned on the itinerary. Though we were little tired visiting all the places driver insisted us to visit them. Sinclair's Hotel was good. Sachin helped us to book the toy train as we were not sure about the train. Overall it was great trip!

Note- Please read the entire review and then form a decision.
Let me begin with what went well on the trip..
The driver was very cooperative and trustworthy.We had a smooth ride going and coming.
But sorry to say, the travel company 'Trawell' was not at all empathetic to our condition in Kannur. We reached Kannur on 28th March,2022, where we got to know about the protest that was till 29th March,2022.
We weren't aware of the protest in Kannur nor were the travel agents( whose job is all about being updated and handling uncertain events), so our entire one day went in the resort and nothing was done.There were hardly any supplies in the resort, so we had to bank on whatever little we could get.
We were given false promises that they were trying to arrange something for us but they did nothing.
They told us to cover the remaining sightseeing places the next day, and that was the day we had to leave.We told them that it was impossible for us to cover the 7-8 places and all they could do is refuse to understand.They also told us to cover some places on the day of the protest, knowing that we are unfamiliar to the place and its language.
At the end,we asked for some kind of compensation but they refused point blank.
We do understand the fact that there was a protest, and there is not much that could have been done however a true travel company would try to manage the crisis keeping the customer experience in mind, rather than make them feel burdened about the crisis.
On top of that, the next day when we went to visit the lighthouse.. guess what happened?it was closed due of covid.
Isn't it the role of a travel agent to tell us in advance about the closed places?
Is it too much to ask for? Is this the customer experience they provide?
We were meant to relax on our trip but all our energy was spent on convincing them to do something about our current situation.
I have been in the service industry, and my heart breaks to find such people in the industry, who just don't care enough to make one's trip memorable.
Just a heads up- they take full amount before leaving for the trip and the remaining fare for petrol is paid during the trip.
So this gives them all the more reason to not do anything, as they have nothing to lose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional and well behaved staff. The cab driver was polite and went out of the way to make our trip memorable. The tour POC Sachin was very swift in his responses and was transperant in the service offered. Would definitely recommend Trawell to all.
