★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exchange process is vary long , even it’s same brand, same article just wanted to change size, you should arrange only one counter for exchange and billing of same exchange product. I don’t know why you process exchange from 2 counters and also gate pass process from Security guard , it’s illogical .
