★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very sparsely populated...
Almost no waves.
Good place to spend a solitary evening.
During the day, shacks are on the water.
It's beautiful to have some snacks while the waves wash your feet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beach is calm and relaxing but the atmosphere of it not family friendly. People are openly drinking and eating on the beach itself. There is no dustbin to fill the food waste. All wastes are simply littered on the beach. The Administration should look into it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently visited Udaypur beach during our trip to Digha. I must say that I have never seen a dirtier beach in my life. It seems that the beach hasn't been cleared for ages. The place is littered by empty cans and bottles of beer and soft drinks, torn packets of chips and biscuits, coconut shells, etc. To top it all, the beach was overcrowded. Hence maintaining social distancing was impossible. Most of the people were without masks. Overall it was a terrible experience. I wish I had never gone there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Udaipur beach is one of most pristine and exquisite sea beaches in India. This unexplored 'virgin sea beach' is located on the border of Orissa and is nestled between New Digha and Talsari. Though just 3 kilometres away from the Digha station and 2km from Chandaneswar. It is situated both in westbengal as well as Odisha.
