Greetings from someone who has received your service for my family and has been greatly benefitted.
Please be assured that your hospital's service is commendable with touching personal care of each patient or client visiting your hospital.
I have received one shot of the COVID vaccine and the attention given by Dr K. Mahapatra and Dr Vivek Anand is highly laudable, to say the least. We consider a doctor to be our savior and messiah. Both the doctors have helped strengthen the belief even further.
I wish Uma Sanjeevani hospital all the best and more services to humankind with such exemplary service and pro-patient health care providers and guides (like Dr Mahapatra and Dr Vivek).

Ist they will tell you sit on bed for check up and then they make bill of
That bed sitting charge 500rupess
+ 500docter charge which was intern or a trainning doctor for sure
They charge 2500/ bed / 2 hours ... Medicine extra charges at night ... I think they are not serving people its a shop of making money only. If u r thinking go here u r the only 1 'coustmer' who is coming to complete hospital expense

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had 2 opportunities of experiencing the medical services at the Uma Sanjeevani Hospital. Once when I was visiting my parents in Gurugram (I live in Los Angeles), my daughter suffered from food poisoning and had to be admitted overnight at Uma Sanjeevani. Another time, when my father, after suffering a fracture, was admitted here for post-surgical recovery, I got to spend a more extended period observing the services here.
I was very impressed with the caregiving team. The doctors inspired confidence. The lab staff must also be good because the reports I got from the pathologist for both my children were detailed and impressive. A hundred stars to the orthopedic division for taking such good care of my father. Now, I have access to world-class hospitals in Los Angeles, where I live, and these are precisely the things that I look for in a competent health care clinic.
Being a relative of the patient two times, I have eaten several meals at the scenic rooftop cafeteria on many occasions, which serves nutritious home-style food at reasonable price by Indian standards.
This is an unpretentious place. I feel every neighborhood in India should have a hospital of this kind. For people who want a five-star service, there is no shortage of such hospitals. Uma Sanjeevani is where one feels that the doctors and the caregiving staff have their hearts in the right place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent hospital. The services are very good and the staff is very caring and efficient. One of the oldest hospitals in Gurgaon. I have been to other corporate hospitals which make you wait for hours and don’t bother about the patients. But at Uma Sanjeevani maybe at times appointments are not possible. As patients we need to be more understanding and less critical. For good treatment of my problems this is where I always visit. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital staff is irresponsible as on enquiry on 30 sept it was told that appointment of Dr Sahai for 01 Oct 21 in OPD will be started at 9AM on 01 Oct, but while making call at 9 AM on 01 Oct , the staff told that all the appointments are full for the day. When it was told to her that yesterday it was told that appointment will be given on 01 oct only, then she connected the phone to OPD of Dr sahai. There the concerned person replied that Doctor will not attend any patient today though he is in the hospital. THIS IS HIGHHANDEDNESS of the Doctor or the hospital authorities that patients are not attended despite doctor being in the hospital. It was also told that doctor has asked them to cancel all the appointments. This looks strange and is unbelievable. Hospital authorities shall verify the facts and take appropriate steps to see that patients are attended with all seriousness and hospital staff who is at telephone calls must be sensitized about their roles and inconvenience's caused to the patients.
Secondly if the fact is established by the hospital authorities, then corrective action shall be initiated to avoid recurrence in future.

He also charged unnecessarily... Really disappointed ???????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital could be your worst nightmare if you are looking of ENT, my worst scen was taking my father to the ent in the hospital and the doctor schmed to be unexperiended now im writing this by sitting in another hospital. And my fees went to drain cauz my father was not treated by them and when called to the doctor dosent pick the call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is quite arrogant especially Mr. Jha attending reception. He supposes himself owner of the hospital and always argue with the patients and I have very bad experiences with Mr jha who is taking appointments with Dr Sudhir Shah. Dr is very nice and that bloody Mr Jha.
Completely defaming the hospital. That explains a lot why you come here. Go to another hospital.
Today he misbehaved and canceled an appointment of uncle that uncle is 65 years old. The old uncle went back crying.
Don't know why the person who defames the hospital was given a job there.
