★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am an owner of this property and stay in a 3BHK Premium apartment.To be very honest I have stayed in Bangalore for almost 15 years now and have hardly seen such spacious apartments at the rates offered. I mean even if we talk about more branded properties the houses are damn congested and not worth the price we pay in my view point.At the end of the day we stay in the house/apartment and do not spend our time only in the society amenities/facilities etc. So would surely say that I am glad that I made the right choice of buying an apartment in Unicca Emporis.
Regarding the amenities & facilities- swimming Pool, Gym,Party hall, Snooker&TT, basketball, Squash, tennis court is already in use and all the people in the society are enjoying these facilities. These are basics now a days in all the society and people in the apartment are utilising it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This property is a Must Buy.I challenge you to find a more ventilated flat with such open views at this price in Bangalore. All flats have cross ventilation and all rooms in 3 BHK have natural light with a view. add to that a huge gym, sauna, steam room and a Olympic size swimming pool! Now beat that Bengaluru!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I owned a apartment here, nice place to live , full of light & fresh air.... having all major facilities like swimming pool, gym, club house, lift, generator., waste management , Sauna , etc Few amenities like roof top pool , bowling line are not operational yet but the work will soon resume on this..The place has awesome view and the location.close to nature & city as well .Overall Its a well planned society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am an owner of a 3 BHK premia in this society. Such a spacious and airy house is difficult to find in Bangalore, which is the prime reason for buying this house. The balconies are huge and can be a great party area. The balconies of the luxury flats are humungous and a party of 15-20 people can be comfortably hosted in those balconies.
The backside view is beautiful, full of coconut groves. It is nicely located, close to Whitefield main road , as well as on the strategic Varthur road which connects to Sarjapura and Electronics City.
The people in the society are good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two years back when I started my search for apartment in varthur area and visited my friend’s place , I had no idea that I am going to invest in my new home. But as soon as I entered and saw the breathtaking view from his apartment, I made up my mind. I came to know that there were issues related pending amenities but when i analysed that over the facilities i was getting , it was next to none. I not only ended owning the flat but I did joined the association with my friends to do something about the pending amenities. After so much disputes , discussions ,conflicts and drama we were able to come to an agreement with builder ,who intentionally never wanted to kept anything unfinished but due to shortage of funds somehow during the market crash, couldn’t furnish some things and finally we are certain that we are going to be one of the best housing society in varthur.
Most people have already put images of spectacular views from their home which is consistent for every individual flat of the society unlike other builders where you only get as much you pay. There are some negative reviews where people have individual issues and it is common everywhere for people with issues to put negative reviews otherwise people do not take pain to write anything if they are not bothered. My only suggestion is to experience firsthand and then decide. Do not get prejudice from other’s comments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before I decided to buy this apartment, I had looked at no less than 20/25 apartments in Bangalore around Whitefield region. Even though this is not a tier 1 builder, the layout of the building is what had me completely hooked in and with such a value for money deal. The apartment is extremely spacious and open on all 4 sides. The rooms are big and is extremely well lit and cross ventilated.
The amenities that are there are at par with luxury apartments and makes the complex superior to a lot of other ones around the same region. There were issues with the builder on non completion of the project and finally the ERWA has been able to get a deal struck so that all remaining amenities will also get done very soon.
Personally I had fought a lot with the builder on the pending work too but after the deal with the builder, I would also say that, this apartment is indeed a great buy for the quality of life here. If anyone looks at the apartment from inside it is very difficult to say no. The planning, the layout is superior to a lot of Tier 1 builders we know of.
