★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The project was a good one when we invested. However, over the past 3-4 years, there have been so many twists and turns and the builders have been deceiving us with all kinds of excuses and nonsense with no construction on site at least for nearly 2.5yrs now. The project completion date was Dec 2020 for all the 4 blocks- the project is not even 50% close to completion. We have been cheated - our hard earned money is in a limbo with them neither giving off the project to another builder to complete nor arranging for completing it themselves. They’ve swallowed all our money and no resolve in sight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased B905. Frauds and cheats of the lowest order. Got most of the loan disbursed quickly by showing some progress initially. Nothing at all in last three years. Kept on making false promises. Project is stalled now, and we have moved legally against them.
