★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware. They will waste your time & will want 100% advance payment even for Installation. Which Business asks for 100% advance payment for Installation? & on top of that, they are extremely rigid about that.
We approached them for WPC Pergola,Decking,Cladding Needs for our house.They sent their team member for measurement who gave us quotation as well. When we were finalizing quote , they informed that they want 100% advance payment which came as a shocker to us as we have been building our house from scratch & no one asked for 100% advance payment especially for the installation part.We were not comfortable about this & informed them politely our concern but they said they wont change their terms.
As i think white pergola in wpc is their proprietary product hence we thought we will take this from Unique Flooring & decking & other things from other vendors as almost all other vendors are very flexible with their payment terms & only want 30% advance payment & rest on material delivery & rest on completion of work. Now we again approached them yesterday and told them we need only white pergola done and to our 2nd Shock, they told prices of wpc white pergola is increased from initial quotation of Rs 96000 to Rs 105000 within a week due to some miscalculation on their part. We tried again to convince them that this is not a good practice to change rates after giving quotation but they again didnt listen and said it is what it is. As WPC White Pergola was our requirement, we agreed to New Pricing of Rs 105000 as well but wow today when we were about to send them full payment , the salesman calls me that owner is saying we will do White Pergola only if you will give decking , cladding order as well. What the hell is this? Is this Customer service? Neither you are able to match up to your competitors rates nor you are flexible with your payment terms and on top of them you have wasted 1 week of your prospective customer time & now you are forcing your customer to give you complete order else you will not do pergola.
To Hell with such a company. I will get my pergola done in MS now & wont recommend them at all. Such Behaviour does not go for long and i am sure it will be shown in their reviews in the future. I think all their other reviews must be fake.
Stay away if you want to save your time & unethical 100% advance payment practices.
