★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a gardener from urban mali. Work done was very neat with minimum supervision. There was initial gap in communication of requirement. Would recommend to have initial questionnaire to understand the garden and its requirement better. But once the gardener came service was good no complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor Response & Poor Service. Despite umpteen reminders there were nobody to visit us. Ms Mahalakshmi kept promising that someone will cal in 15 mins. Its been 48 hours since the request for Mali has been made, no response from anyone.
If you are looking for a Mali in Bangalore to step out of your house, find a Mali nearby your house; you are likely to get a good deal & best service. UrbanMali services are not reliable or dependable :(
