β β β β β Around 900 houses complex with swimming pool, tennis court, sand vollyball court, half basketball court, cricket pitch, indoor and outdoor gym, 3 indoor batminton courts, table tennis, amphitheatre. only problem is corridoors and house rooms are too small. no seperate dining room.

β β β β β Seems like an excellent project in Yelhanka , which will be completed by 2021 end.
The surrounding is calm & pollution free. As per plan the project will have lot of trees & greenery. Amenities wise also, it's awesome as it's a vaishnavi project.
I did a site visit & I greatly impressed with their marketing guy, he explained everything perfectly.
The basic price is 5090/sq ft.
& For 2 BHK pricing will start from 60lakh, with 900sq ft area. Overall a good project

β β β β β A beautiful upcoming project in decent budget. Located very near to Yelahanka-Doddaballapur road(Behind CRPF Campus).
Best one in this locality with many amenities & its surrounded by greenery. We met Mr. Praveen Dhule at our first visit, he was very cordial & explained everything nicely. Project construction is in full swing. Two blocks are near to completion.

β β β β β Wonderful spot with a lush greens and school near by. A perfect place for a family. The precast technology is really amazing, the way the floors are coming up looks stunning. Kudos to Vaishnavi Group and Kattera. Special thanks to Mr.Mukesh from sales team and Mr. Abhishek for taking just an extra care and transparency in delivering the information.

β β β β β Guys, I love street dog ? and after investing 60-80L, My dream came true, where I get a chance to live with wonderful people as well as very cool looking street dog all around me... Not only that, our children are playing under the protection of street dogs... If you are more lucky than me, you can also get a chance to feed street dog in front of your flat gate... There are many more limitless possibilities...ofcrures you have to be lucky and share you love as we all do living in Vaishnavi Serene... :)
I feel, I am very luck and I love street dogs... They are part of my life.... If you can share your love equally like us then please join us and invest only 60-80L...and enjoy the street dog company.....

Good place to live for sure. There are few things that am not 100% happy but every place is not 100% perfect and Vaishnavi team is doing a much better than than most other builders.
Handover/OC delays and maintenance charges are somethings that are being discussed with the Vaishnavi management and hope management will come up with a good solution and speed up the handover/OC phase.
OC for Phase 1 is completed and Phase 2 is pending which is promised for February, now promised for April 1st week.
There are couple of other smaller issues reported in a couple of units but management is taking responsibility to addressing them and I trust and
feel they are doing a good job to keep customers satisfied.
In short Vaishnavi Management is doing an excellent work. Much appreciated and personally I feel this builder is one of the best in the industry.

To describe in short, Vaishnavi Serene project is worthy for living and investment.
Full disclosure, i have booked a house in the 2nd phase in Vaishnavi Serene and here is why i chose.
About this project,
Location:
This is my most important reason i chose this project.
It's on Yelahanka Doddaballapur road but not in the far end. It just 6km from RMZ galleria mall.
3 mins to Tree Park (huge), Butterfly Garden to relax on weekends and full greenery Avalahalli State Forest next to I-AIMS. Location looks so serene and a forest within the City? Should visit to experience.
East CRPF, West IVRI campus, South Nagarjuna Vidyaniketan (CBSE & IGCSE Cambridge), Unpolluted area now and in future.
Amenities:
Amenities are usually given by most project and this one also has good and large number of amenities, vaishnavi website will have all those details.
Unit Size
This is the only place where i had to compromise. I took a 3BHK 1118sqft house which is compact. But i felt the space utilization and design is done in such a way that the space available is fully utilized. I wanted a 2000sft 3bhk but after looking at the model house and especially the price, and location advantages, i felt this one was perfectly worthy for living or for investment or rental income.
Construction Quality
The construction used here is modular offsite construction done by Kattera who are one of the largest offsite construction company in Asia.
What this means is the entire wall comes pre-constructed and the walls are fitted at the construction site. Since these are not brick wall, the walls are made of full concrete reinforced with steel rods and cured by steam. This gives a feel that the entire wall acts as strong as a pillar and is a self supporting structure. So entire structure is very strong, sound proof and weather proof than a regular brick wall. Also the possible of cracks are negligible which we see often in brick construction. This type of construction is most common in Europe and many cities in India have done and is very successful.
But I wish the wall thickness was more around 5inches, it's just 4 inches.
With the modular construction the project is 18 months ahead, phase 1 is going to be completed by May' 21 and phase 2 by Nov'21.
