★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STP water is a cause for worry as the builder failed to rectify it from past 3 years. This is posing health challenges.
I live here and Ramky one north’s location is the best thing about it. The apartment is value for money despite teething issues and a budding community. In another year things should settle down.
Edit:- work has been done for most part and things seem settled. Registration of flats in one block is underway. The best thing about Ramky is the clear titles and carpet area ratio. The units are very spacious when compared to other builders apartments it even bigger size especially the one around like Prestige , Vajram, Sriram etc.
After sales and CRM are very poor though. As a builder the interactions with Ramky is very tough and they don’t intend to reveal much to customers and treatment meted out is also not fair for most part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in Avalahalli on Doddaballapur road Ramky one North is a good society with all basic amenities including Gym, swimming pool, play area for kids. Recently a new mall has opened in the vicinity, the Big Mart mall.
Posting images of a 3 bhk furnished flat. Added a few photos of the gym..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice and calm society with a mixed group of families and students living there. Lived here for a year and I absolutely love this place. The amenities provided are also upto the mark. Great security 24/7 so there's no worries about the same.
