(Buying in store is great but online shopping is a nightmare.)The size of my dress not being available in store they told I cld order it online and the in-store sales person obliged n placed the order for me. I rec'd it in 4 days 26 th nov. n payed cash but unfortunately the xl size didn't fit me. Requested for pick up the very same day. Todate 9th Dec the dress hasn't been picked up. The worst customer service I've faced. In-store is ok but I definately would not recommend to order online unless sure of size .. don't expect a pick up or refund for atleast 15 days.. I'm still waiting .. even the option of zero stars would give that .
