★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in the Keshav nagar in front of the orbis school. It is a very good society and a spacious one . It has 12 floors and has 1bhk and 2bhk apartments.
It’s proximity to various IT parks makes it a very convenient places to stay. It is 7 km away from Kalyani nagar, magarpatta, kharadi IT PARKS.
The location is also home to other renowned builders like marvel, Godrej, gear, Konark etc.
the roads and infrastructure is pretty bad though and are expected to improve in coming years as the area has been added to the PMC limits recently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outlook of society is good. Services in society is bad. Flat construction including wall plastering, door knobs, toilet construction is bad. Taking furniture to your flat is a nightmare bcoz no service lift is there and u have to take via stairs. Unreasonable rules can be applied anytime. Any fault in construction is need to be repaired from your pocket. I had a bad experience in flat, rest society and nearby locality is good and reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good society located in the good place of keshav nagar, the main road with market is at a distance of 100 metres from the society. Flats are well constructed, spacious and beautiful from inside. The only down point is 3 bhk flats have 2 washrooms only, one attached with the master bedroom and the other is outside. But the good thing is master bedroom has a store room and a washroom, both attached.

One friend stays here on rent.
Most of the flats have un-blocked views. Amenities provided by the builder are also good. I mostly visit my friend on weekends and find this place very peaceful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad facilities are available in this society. Construction quality is not good at all. Rent is high as compare to othe apartments. Unable to maintain the building facilities. Placement of security cameras are not enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Living here since last 2months. So far so good. But there are some issues like solar water is not available round the clock. The construction quality is not up to the mark. Water in the washroom is supplied from the recycle plant. Which gives a yellow tinge to the water and sometimes it smells. No PMC water supply. Water is provided by the tankers and so water here is hard. You will find residue on washed utensils and taps. Above all, a lot of dust problem.
