★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic behavior from the staff. I called them in the Morning and they were suppossed to get back but didnt call. I called again, someone picked up but disconnected the phone n didn't revert. I called again to check if they checked on my query and asked why you ppl are not responding. They gave vague reasons. I have asked for manager and if i can talk to their supervisor, they declined. I have asked for her name but she didnt tell n started shouting. I asked for someone, since I know her name n if i can speak to her, they straightaway declined saying she is busy and disconnected the phone. This is the first time i thought of going to vlcc prayagraj branch but dropped my plan after experiencing this for the very first time. Pls, take proper action n teach your staff how to treat customers. I understand there might be challenges but this is something needs to be addressed. Drop a contact, happy to discuss on call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total waste of money..I am done my facial here around 2100 rs but no result shown and only 4 simple step they are provided in 2100 rs facial.. according to price that's total waste of money...in that price no as such results shown...no one contacted me till now....it's worts experience because no as such results shown on my face..my 2100 rs is wasted in such kind of service in that salon
