★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked a bus for katra but on the day of departure or just before my journey stated I got to know my bus change and I need to go for different place to catch the bus, so I went there again I got another surprise from this website, we booked the middle row seat but the bus operater said sir you seats are in last row, now I decided to call the website guys bit again I am disappointed on call the guy answer over the phone name was Gaurav and he said sir sorry we can't help you on this If you want to go for katra you need to adjust otherwise we can cancel your booking.
Dear friends please for go with this website they people cheated there customer and they don't bother for customer disappointment which is created by the own.
