A	Akshaya Jawalikar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed at the Golf View from 21st to 23rd had a wonderful stay the staff at hotel was very good. The property is very beautiful and very well maintained. The food is awesome and service is brilliant. The dining area is where the buffet is set up for Breakfast and Dinner and is in open where they setup bonfire which makes the ambience even more beautiful. I stayed in the Victorian Suite which was huge in size having its own dining table a living room kind of a setup and bedroom all in one Huge Enclosure built in a Heritage theme, the drawback of the same room being very cold even with the small heater provided by Hotel. Would request the owners to explore the possibility of a big room heater in place pf the show fire place in the room. The linen in the room was dirty acknowledged by Mr Ramkesh the Housekeeping manager and was promptly replaced. ordered some food as lunch and snacks in room which was delivered by Kunal as hot as could be possible in the chilling temperatures and with a smile. Staff was very courteous. Caution : If travelling from Nagpur by Road please do not follow the route map shown by Google Maps as its Wrong, Please go upto Matkuli and then take the Left turn.

Food is amazing, always go for the buffet breakfast n dinner while booking the stay as ala carte is expensive. Only cons is the internet connectivity, it's extremely unstable and keep disconnecting. If you are planning to work from the property remotely then either carry your own hotspot device or do not plan for extensive/critical tasks. Garden and play area is huge and amazing. Resort is perfect for all whether you have family, kids, couples or stags.
B	Bhavesh Shah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hospitality. Large and clean rooms with all basic amenities. Food was excellent. Polite staff, taking care of every needs during stay. Had a look into kitchen also which was exceptionally neat and clean, so we were not at all concerned about our health. Staff serving food was courteous, serving food like serving to their own family members. One of the family members had health issues and they were equally concerned enquiring repeatedly regarding well being and were ready to help. We enjoyed musical evenings daily while dinner conducted by a very good singer. In fact we enjoyed our stay here more than visiting places at Pacmarhi.

We had breakfast and Dinner for 2 days and it was simply outstanding. I think this is the best place to have food in pachmarhi. The hotel has different excursions as well which are charged extra. We opted for StarGazing in the night around 10pm. It was organized by Rohit who has immense knowledge and the 1.5 hr of his session was enlightening. The telescope which they use is also pretty advanced. Overall it was a lovely experience and there is no point of improvement which I feel.
N	Nimish S Salpekar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A true heritage property, with superb and polite staff, great rooms, huge lawns, good play area of kids, nicely maintained plants, very near to all the view points of Pachmadi. Buffet spread offers various options to choose from and food taste and quality is great . The rooms are so huge that during winter, heaters should be provided to keep the room temperature moderate. If you want to experience service , luxury and be relaxed this is the place for you. And if you are visiting Pachmadi for sightseeing, do inquir at reception and plan well in advance as they have multiple packages and you can take full advantage of personal customized packages/tours for sightseeing.
K	Kajal Dalal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fantastic place to stay, very well maintained. The rooms are big and have a very nice separate luggage area like a walk in wardrobe. A completely vegetarian place. The food spread is amazing and very tasty. The buffets are worth every penny. loved the small bonfires they provided for each table. Very courteous staff. They have a naturalist to guide you for various trips. Pandav caves is walking distance from here, so we went on morning walks to the caves. Overall a great place!!

Staff is very helpful. They really work to create unforgettable experience for guests. Before booking we had asked for special arrangements and they really did it well. Mr. Rohit who is naturalist at resort who ensured that Jungle trek and Star gazing becomes very amazing experience. Food was very delicious and menu was properly planned. The bakery items were fresh. It's must try property at Panchmarhi.

This is Non veg ( This is Mahadev temples area). Drinks in rooms is okay. Green gardens & bigger size rooms - bath with lot of greenery surrounding. Best property in Pachmarhi .
