★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is unique by nature. This hotel has it all, from the rooms to the service, and the price as well. The rooms are well kempt and complete with all necessary and luxurious items. This hotel always has some form of grand function or banquet of some sort which is an amazing site to behold. It always provides a feeling of grandeur and never fails to amaze me to how good the service is. However, the food does require quality checks. There are times when the hotel misplaces orders and quality of food is a little bit questionable at times. The price however for the food is just as grand as the hotel itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at this hotel for a few nights, and the food was phenomenal. The issue was that when you ordered coffee at breakfast it took very long for them to serve it.
We were a family of 4 in a room and there we only 2 towels ever provided. We had to call each day for extra towels, and then wait approximately 40 minutes for those towels. It happened each day.
The reception staff was attentive and helpful as were the bellmen. They were very kind and helpful and attentive
The location across from metro, and adjacent to the mall the food were a plus.

Rooms are clean and well equipped. The food is good and well presented. The elevators are usually busy because it’s located in mall Overall, a good place to stay.

The lobby is a bit dim and lacks a contemporary touch. The food is good and well presented. The elevators arr usually busy, hence takes a bit of waiting. Overall, a good place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this hotel for the first time for the breakfast experience. Staff working here are very courteous they will keep on checking with you if you need anything apart from the dishes laid in the Buffet. Very prompt and efficient service.
I would have happily given 4 star however if you like eggs Benedict it might take 30 min.
Overall value for money and very professional employees.

Talking about the stay, this place is great if you love spacious, clean rooms with loads of amenities. The bed linens and towels are also squeaky-clean, great for someone with cleanliness OCD like me. Talking about the service and staff, the reception needs to have more people to make the check-in/check-out process faster, but anyway, it ain’t that bad. The location, view and menu — all are excellent. Totally recommend staying here!
