★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic and horrible service by the staff who had the audacity to repeatedly deny me service even after I had waited for him for more than 10 mins, he kept on tending new customers, as if I didn't exist, as if my needs for medicines were not at all important. He even laughed at my face when I asked him if he would take much more time and that he if was going to then I would rather look for another shop instead of standing there. Your service contradicts your "slogan" all together. Thanks for such a horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic. The attitude of the staff is incredibly sad. In a time when you should be ensuring your consumers are spending minimum possible time in an waiting outside the store, the soporific staff of this place is meandering through jobs with lethargy that'd put a koala to shame. This isn't just careless. It's dangerous. It's professional and moral responsibility of pharmacies to ensure their customers minimise risk. Pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an excellent pharmacy store which keeps numerous medicines of various companies and is open round the clock that is 24 x 7. Also, along with the medicines it also keeps a lot of general items like drinks, juices, chocolates, chips, etc.
It accepts payments via cash and card.
The service is quite good as it the staff just takes few seconds to search for the product you need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there at morning 6am to take 5medicines they gave it to me at 6.30am.. The staff is very slow. They don't understand what the customer is asking for... The store may b working only bcz it's the only option at night when other stores r not functioning.. Very very bad service... Staff attitude is poor... Better one should go to small medical stores which could b functioning at late nights

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They take order and don’t delivery the medicine even after several reminders. Don’t understand the seriousness of the patient. Least bother about health condition and simply say we are delivering. Please never call medicine for home delivery. Instead call the small chemist near by they will provide good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They fleece the customers by forcing them to buy full pack of medicine. They refuse to give loose medicines if u ask for 1/2/3....or even 7/8/9. Customer has to pay for full pack of 10 tablets even if he needs only a few
This is absolutely against Prarmacy principles, ethics, laws and morals.
Service managers are slow and non courteous.
If they don't have the same brand, they offer alternates without informing the customers . If you catch them, they will say its the same chemical
Stay away from Wellness Pharmacy...Specially Vashi store near motimala jewellers
