They are only good at selling bikes. The servicing facility at this dealership is not up to the mark. They ask you to leave your vehicle for days and days at their showroom, for any kind of major paid service you need. No online booking for vehicle service is available.

Not even a single star. After servicing so many scratches in my new fascino. Completely careless handling worst servicing. I ll never suggest to there for servicing.

Variaty of bikes and scooters available of yahama brands with a competitive price. Both sales and service done here. Well Maintained Stock. Good Availability. Attached Service Center. R3 Should Have Been On Display Too. Hospitality is great but Excess money for service charge.

If u r from bhubaneswar and a yamaha owner then please do consider K2K auto motives for spares and servicing. 90% of the spare u will get here for sure. Good staff behaviour especially the spare parts manager Mr. Dipti bhai. Also the waiting area is very good. Fully recommended.

Bike/Scooty Showroom: Decent Vehicle Service: Poor Customer Care: Worse The sales staff who does the billing discourses technician to provide commodities so that the customers pay for their overpriced lubrication and other services than buy the can. Understaffed. No uniform. Don't provide printout of fi check up report. Tyre Pressure system isn't operative. Redressal system poor, staffs do not cooperate with customers. They use this makeshift stand than a paddock. Use a normal dusty saree cloth for cleaning while changing oil. The manager kept stalling me repeatedly to fix the number plate as it was loose. Ultimately i gave up on him. Yamaha needs to address customer grievances.

Hello ,M lecturer Nisant Bhol share my experience in K2k Yamaha. In my job career I never ever see a person who is totally ego less and very dedicated for his job and last not in the least very committed person.Yes He is Mr.Rupak.When I saw him I asked him about my bike service.very calmly he gave fault of my bike and went to washing area and clean a bike.m little bit confused how a washing boy know about bike repair.he again come back and opened a job card for my bike and took the bike in workshop .After some time I saw he sit in front of PC and do some work .m thinking he might be use social media page ,suddenly some staff came and wish him good morning. m totally astonished ,I had very excited to know about him and suddenly I checked my bike already in working space .interesting part is Mr.Rupak clean a tools using some liquid by which I thought may be he is supervisor. Guys interesting part is now suddenly a mechanic told him bro plz keep a engine oil from spare and he went to spare and take engine oil and some parts. in between this my bike work going on a person came with a exam board with clipping some job cards and distributing to mechanics as per permission from Rupak then I feel may Mr Rupak Head Mechanic and exam board person is Supervisor. Guys believe me in 23 years I never see a work area how much funny make by Mr.Rupak then a twist ? ? came a little girl came and told me "sir ur bike work done and plz do the bill " and I went to a lady and sit .suddenly Mr.Rupak came and said " SIR ur work done as per my giving time" me gave a smile and very curiously I asked him what's ur post here ? but he didn't give any perfect answer he told m working here. Guys my story not complete. then I observed him he cleaned a spider net from back side of PC and billing lady asked something with respect Sir.again I confused after all I come back to security area to take my ready bike.i don't know why I asked security again " bhaina e Mota haiki jau pila gadi dhauthile aau mo gadi ra job card karile se kau post re achanti ?" and what he answered u never imagined. yes he told me with a due respect using too much appreciation " he is our WORK SHOP MANAGER " actually in review may be bigger but very short for Mr.Rupak. if every organization ll keep this types of employees may india ll be devlope country. My request is if anyone go to k2k yamaha plz observe Mr.Rupak m right or wrong. Thanks.

Here you can get new vehicles with reasonable price but for servicing purpose I won't recomend this showroom as it charges too much unnecessarily. It sells unwanted parts with high price. However the owner of this showroom is a nice and gentle person. I hope if servicing scheme would be better than the customer with definitely praise it fully.
