★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Good Property Location at Lohegaon. Building layout gives large perspective and breathing space. Lobby area also has abundant fresh air and natural light. Even after possession builder provides good assistant, in case we have few changes or any issues. We are very thankful to Mr. Ubed Bagwan for providing such a good and strong assistance after possession. He listens you and try to solve your issues very well. We are happy to have our home at Yashada. And thanks for including us in Yashada family.

Sales person is very cooperative , he is not hiding any things from you.All flats are Vastu compliant & parking management is also good. Location is very prime on Porwal Road. We met 2-3 existing residents before buying flat here they also had very good experience with the builder. We visited all the projects in this area, only this project has early possession. Work progress is also fast. If you want early possession spacious home on Prime location then this project is highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yashada Splendid Courtyard project is developed by Yashada Reality Group. It's located at Nimbalkar Nagar, off Porwal Road. Project status is B wing is nearing possession and A, C wings are under construction. Construction quality is good, this site is easily visible from Road. Project offers spacious 2, 3 BHK apartments ranging from 50+ lacs. I had visited this last year and now the project is nearing the completion. One of the exciting project on porwal road gated community. I booked my flat here and overall service was good. I had a mixed responses during official Communication with Yashada team, sometimes I get delayed responses from them. The possession dates are extended due to Covid19 restrictions. Rest of services from builder are good.

Possession process update:
I was under dilemma that I'll get my flat possession on time and builder will make all necessary arrangements to deliver it within time frame. But my actual experience was worst.
Yes, I didn't got my flat possession on time due to number of pending work from builder in my flat. It took more than 2 months to complete that pending work for builder. Number of calls and emails where done in order to followup from my side. However, the CRM team were acknowledged all the delays & concerns raised by me and updated me. Once I get possession I'll post update so that you'll have a thread in this review which can be helpful for you to take your decisions on buying your home in this project.
