Even that the head of this service center are also irresponsible.
I suggest you don't go at this service again.

It's near to the 70/35 feet road near to marriage hall in the left side.
It is the part of Yamaha showroom in the 70 feet dashratha.
Full service in your bike then you call him all accessories are checked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs are not so friendly and won't listen you easily. You will have to shout to get your work done. Not all satisfied with the servicing, my bike FZ-S does not run smooth despite servicing. I had to revisit to complain about it, and they asked me to change a part to rectify the issue. Although, I have changed the part as asked for, but still I feel the bike is not running smooth as it should.
The biggest highlight is that they won't accept or give your bike if you are visitng between 12:00 -12:45 PM as it is their lunch hour (reminds me of sbi bank, where you cannot do anything in their lunch hour?). Being a private company, they should operate in such a way that half of the staff should go for luch while half serve the customer. If someone visitng their service centre from a distance area not knowing the fact that its their luch time, the person will have to wait for 45 min to collect or give their bike for servicing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest both the Yamaha service centers (Sai & Yati) are the worst in terms of servicing your Yamaha two wheelers, but Yati Yamaha is one step ahead in negligence. I had given my FZS for the Carburetor issue but their supervisor replaced all the engine parts including crank shaft, piston and engine bore saying the problem is not from carburetor costing me 24000. But after keeping my bike for 8 days when I rode my serviced bike the problem was still there. Then they told that it's the carburetor that's faulty and needed to be changed, what I was asking them to do earlier. But they didn't have the carburetor in stock so they told come again in 5 days, then days became weeks and weeks turned into 2 months still they didn't able to provide me the carburetor. None of the management at Yati Yamaha is cooperative. Since Sai Yamaha is also a big cheater so let's bear the pain.
PS:- They already charged me the carburetor replacement charge without even changing it.

Your Mechanic Aashish is Awesome. I will give 5+ star for him and 4 star for other staff members..
Service taking whole day whereas my slot was of 9:30 AM and after taking my bike I got my bike at about 5 PM.
Reduce the time taken on service by increasing manpower... rest everything is ok. All the staff are cooperative.
I was having only problem with my front Shock absorbed and took whole day to change the oil and oil seal which was on paid service.
