Best place to learn different streams of Martial arts techniques, Very friendly people around & also Well disciplined.
They have started a new branch last year,while they offers wide varieties of opportunities starting from kickboxing, BJJ, wrestling, Bodybuilding,taekwondo,MMA and the list goes on...!!!
They are also into various self defence ,weight management programs ,
Experts in DIET consultation and weight loss (without using any weights- they call it free hand workouts).
And this works 100% .
Everything at one place ? very satisfied..!!

Perfect level of coaching and training is provided here.
The trainers here great knowledge of what they're teaching their clients/students.
The professionalism is also good.
The equipments used here and provided are great.

I am getting trained from past 8 to 9 months with Hemanth Naik as a coach and have seen best results. Its also a very good place for kids to learn martial arts. Highly recommend this place for gym/fitness center/kids martial arts training
