As per my experience this is the best place
They've a very good routine everyday which focuses on your strength and stamina
And the way they give you the coaching regarding mauy Thai is very good
Initial they focus on your basics which is a very good basement for any beginner
As the days goes on even you can feel the improvement in the things whatever you've learned which is the best part
This is the best place for a intense workout
The coaches are very supportive they keep a track on your performance and progress and they keep on evaluating you about your strength and weakness so that they can work on it
And the training is more fun . Once you go to training you'll feel not to skip a single session
