★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good place to train for fitness and fighting skills. Trainer (Sathish Sir) is really good in explaining the technique and correct us when we do it wrong. Along with boxing, we are trained on other things as well like core strengthening, stretching, running. Entire staff is very much supportive and you get access to a wide variety of fitness equipments as well. Happy to find this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The basic fundamentals of Muay Thai are taught excellently by giving individual attention by the trainer (Sathish). The classes are from 5am to 6am and the next batch from 7am to 8am on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Love training under Sathish.
