I am Sangeeta Nair and I have been in Jatin's classes since past 11 months and have lost 10 kgs and 25 inches. No doubt, the tagline of the classes, "Where bodies are transformed NATURALLY" stands true in all aspects. I have been through a serious uterus surgery in May 2019 and gained more than 10 kgs meanwhile and long with this, my mental and physical health was also badly affected. I lost stamina, self confidence and was unable to do any physical activity. I used to do gym for 3 to 4 years continuously before the surgery and joined gym back after the surgery to lose weight but then I realized that I was not able to do any gym activity, the way I used to do earlier. Then due to my incapability to do any kind of workout, gave me a major set back. Then I joined Jatin’s classes in December 2019. The counseling and the basic training gave me positive vibes and a little hope. Then I started being regular. Sir makes all students run outside in sunlight whenever possible for vitamin D. When others were running I could only manage to walk because I could never used to jog before and at that time I lacked stamina so preferred walking. But sir taught me proper technique of running and also slow running concept for beginners. Due to this training I started running in 15 days. Soon I was also able to jog like others and gradually do all other forms of workout which I was finding difficult to do before. Jatin’s classes gave me strength, stamina, self-confidence, awareness about lifestyle and a healthy living. Motivation and training of sir is the only reason this kind of impossible thing for me happened in my life without intake of any kind of supplements in a very healthy way. This is not just a class for me but a source of positivity and motivation also. The best part is sir emphasizes a lot on healthy food choices, motivates us to sleep well and have loads of water , seeing me doing these changes, my children and hubby also got motivated and joined the class… Our family was a hard core non-vegeterian and had issues, sir taught us to classify food not as per veg or nonveg but based on our lifestyle and nutrition required for body. Very greatful to this classes and sir, it will always be a part of my life not just because I have achieved my goals of weight loss but because I wasn’t to be consistently, fit and healthy throughout my life…

I am glad that I could find this class. My journey of fitness started with Jatin sir from November 18. I used to be very lethargy, I have now lost almost 12 kgs. I have not only lost weight but also I feel more energetic & focussed more in work now. Before Joining the class I use to have BP 140/90 doctor prescribed me 5mg medicine & i was taking the same from past a year. I exercised a lot at sir’s classes, but didn’t get much relief in my BP. He had explained me the rules of healthy lifestyle as per yoga, but I wasn’t keen on following them much. My major focus was only on exercise. After few months, when my BP wasn’t coming in control, I discussed the issue with sir. He was very confident that if I was following the lifestyle properly then the BP will definitely come under control. That gave me also confidence and I decided to tell him that I wasn’t able to follow the early dinner rule due to my work timings. He was very strict about the rule. Instead of pampering me and allowing me flexibility, he educated me the benefits of early dinner and gave me some food ideas that I can use which will help with my issue. I started following it religiously and one day my BP got very low, I went to doctor, he said that without medicine your BP has come to normal due to which medicines are bringing it lower and so he prescribed me very low dose of 2.5 mg and now that also he has stopped. I am completely medecine free right now. Sir stresses a lot on eating clean and healthy. Previously I used to crave for unhealthy food, but he taught instead of controlling your cravings you can train the body to stop asking unhealthy food and instead start asking for healthy food. He trains us to start the day with healthy foods so that during the day also we don’t crave for unhealthy foods. With him, I understood the benefits of eating fruits and salads and also learnt recepies to make them enjoyable. In his induction sessions he explains which foods to be cooked and which foods not to cook. After attending the sessions I learnt what is over cooking, its negative effects and also how to stop over cooking and the correct methods of cooking. The best part is that the lifestyle changes that sir gives can be followed by the whole family. Initially it was a little difficult but now my whole family follows much of this healthy yoga lifestyle. No need to cook separately for me. In terms of exercise, every day there are new & interesting yoga & fitness workouts which I personally enjoyed very much I just loved to go class every day. Earlier I couldn’t run enough I used feel restless. Now I am planning to run marathon my strength & stamina is increased much more.

Working out with Jatin is an experience in itself. He brings in creativity and lots of variety in daily workouts which otherwise become mundan and people tend to lose interest gradually, but here it's a complete opposite story. It's been few months working with him on regular basis has immensely benefited we both physically and mentally. It has reduced my blood pressure as well as thyroid issues. Also the fat content has reduced considerably does making me more energetic. well when we have such healthy workouts it affects your quality of life. The discipline is installed in US has definitely brought in a lot of positivity in our daily life. To end with, I would say that it's a great advantage to work under his guidance and learn new values on regular basis.

I am Veena, an entrepreneur from Thane who runs a food catering establishment and an office canteen. Doing something so physically exhaustive day in and day out not only drains one's energy physically but mentally too. On the contrary, I have been in the industry for a little over 7 years now. But this is not something I achieved entirely on my own. 4 years ago I decided to work on my health and my friend recommended me to join Yoga N Fitness With Jatin. I decided to give it a shot and I'm so glad I did. The experience was life changing wouldn't be an exaggeration. They not only focused on your physical health but they also helped with mental health and my lifestyle. The diet provided was reasoned with scientific fact and they also cleared any queries I had from time to time. We were taught the importance of perseverance and consistency and it wasn't long before I started seeing results. I felt more energetic and my body posture improved radically. The changes were drastic and I couldn't have been happier. But the happiness was short lived as I met with a knee accident soon after. But to my help, I received I personalized workout routines and constant support. I recovered sooner than I expected and I'm very grateful for it. In 2020 after the lockdown was imposed, I was worried about my workout sessions but was soon introduced to online sessions over zoom. At first, it sounded absurd but I would be lying if I said it wasn't just as helpful. We could workout from wherever we wanted and he could monitor and supervise at once. I have been taking online classes for a year now and I highly recommend everyone to join Yoga N Fitness With Jatin. Jatin sir (the coach) is extremely helpful and it is only under his guidance that I achieved the results more than I could hope for. It's a pleasure to be a part of such an amazing class, there is nothing more I could have asked!

I joined “Yoga N Fitness with Jatin” in Sept 2017. Basis on my experience and also of others, I have always believed that on an average, a person continues with a gym or a yoga centre for max 1.5 to 2 years and then start searching for other gyms or yoga centers and the journey continues like this…… till the time he or she finds out that nothing good is going to happen and thus stops going gym and shifts to morning walks or some other normal exercises. In that sense I am already an exception, like many other students of Jatin Sir as this is my continuous 4th year. Joining and continuing the classes has become an experience which has turned my life to more disciplined, regimented, structured, healthier and balanced. Before this class, I had joined many gyms between period of 2008 to 2017 but nowhere I got the desired results what I wanted because, focus of all those classes were commercial that is the higher you pay the better they focus on you. But this class is different in many ways:- 1.This is a center where lives and bodies are transformed 2.It is a center where no machines are there – its often floor where you are encouraged to do floor exercises your own body weight 3.Focus here is not only on your body transformation but also on your mind transformation – making you more balanced and agile 4.The daily routine exercises are not monotonous as there are more than 22 sets of different daily routines 5.This place is not into money making business by selling you dreams of losing weight and looking like bollywood actor or actress in just 15 days time. It is a learning centre where you learn everyday how our body works and apply those learning in our daily lives 6.Here, the center does not sell or promote any product but teaches how to use the natural things available in and around us to our own benefits 7.Sir doesn’t teach only yoga but explains right nutrition, right techniques and correct postures – all leading to healthy, self sustainable lifestyle. Thus this place unlike others is more like an institution for healthy and balanced life. Here the balance between training, working out and having fun at the same time is well maintained. This is what encourages me to wake up early everyday in the morning and strive to get fitter and healthier. By each passing day as I grow older, my body and mind inversely feels younger with the lifestyle changes that sir has given us. An hour of training and working out with Jatin Sir is enough to boost up my energy, stamina and physical and mental strength for whole day. Sir, I am really enjoying each and every day of this transformation process with you in accompany of other students and am looking forward to have this special association of teacher cum life mentor and a curious student for life long. I have been associated with Jatin sir since 1 January 2020 and the journey so far has been full of positive changes and tremendous transformation.... from overcoming unhealthy lifestyle, obesity and various other skin diseases to doing 150 Surya namaskars a day and 50 pushups a day it has all been possible only because of the dedicated efforts by Jatin sir. I was always fascinated with Gymming and working out with my friends so doing yoga never clicked me until one day when my mother who has been associated with Jatin sir for more time than me told me to join Jatin sir. And this decision worked wonders for me. The kind efforts and humble approach of Jatin sir towards fitness and yoga is amazing. I believe discipline and 100% commitment is utmost important to get the desired result and in my 1.5 years with Jatin sir, I was able to make that happen. Every other day for me brings with it a new challenge and a hope to learn some new and difficult sets and variations. Sir's guidance has helped me a lot. Besides having a fit and sound body, I have also become mentally fit and alert, doing stretching and pranayam every week has helped me a lot there. Joining 'Yoga N fitness with Jatin' has been the best decisions for me. I'm a student and my focus in studies has increased a lot because of exercising daily. I am a 17 year old student from Thane. I was always very fascinated and intrigued by fitness and the idea of having a "perfect" body. I found Yoga N Fitness With Jatin when I was 14. But I used to focus more on playing with my friends in society and school like most of my other friends did. I later realized that when playing over there I wasn’t able to improve my performance, cause there was not someone to mentor us. Plus there was not system training. All we used to do is exert energy and get tired by the end of the day. It was then I realized that I need some direction and a professional approach and that I needed a teacher to guide me. We never focused on recovery or rejuvenation or rehabilitation or conditioning, these things I learnt after joining the classes. Sir counseled me and explained about these things, he said that focusing on recovery with proper, hydration, nutrition, relaxation and rest is more necessary than just playing sports and fatiguing the body. The counseling went for more than 90 mins. That day I made decisions and I committed myself to the classes. Before that I used to go but I was very irregular and not very serious, but this time I was more focused and channelized. I was not only driven to do the exercises but also driven to follow the lifestyle. Sir didn’t just train me for 1 hour, but he gave me what to follow for the rest of the day he calls it yogic lifesltye. I started following the process and I started seeing results just after a few weeks. I could see that I was feeling more alive, active and full of energy. Sir motivated a lot on sleeping early and correcting food habits. Initially I used to get a lot of bloating and gases when I changed my food habits, so on asking him he explained the reason and how to correct it. I was sleeping well and was always more alert and active, my grasping power was increasing, due to the satvik foods I was able to focus and concentrate better with very less anger or irritation. The best part is due to changing the food habits I got rid of my acne and my face was looking brighter than before. Due to my studies I sometimes had to miss the classes, but on those days I would feel very low, so sir gave me quick routines that I could do at my leisure. These quick 20 mins workouts used to kill the study stress and would help me to think clearly. Later during the Induction series, sir explained how the quick workouts would help to release certain hormones which create happiness and it all made sense. I really appreciate the support I have received. The guidance and help I got is something I'll always be grateful for. Here they understand your problems and work on it with you all you have to do is be regular with the classes and follow the guidance. The first priority is always your health and safety. The atmosphere is as friendly as it gets and you're hence more comfortable to work out although sir is very demanding and does also scold where necessary. But it’s all in good faith as he is our teacher. The routines never get monotonous or boring because everyday you're made to do something different, something new. We're taught yoga, calisthenics, weight training, cross fitness, aerobics, HIIT and towel workouts, and are even educated on how to make delicious and quick recipes. You're taught the science behind the food and diet, something that is usually ignored. You're taught why you're doing what you're doing and it drives you even more. The mentoring and counseling helps you in channeling your strengths and gives you a better vision about your fitness and its goals. The experience isn't like any other gym or fitness center, all of the features I mentioned put your concerns at ease and motivates you to do better. This is a 10/10 in my book!❤

“The worst thing I can be is the same as everybody else.” -Arnold Schwarzenegger I joined Jatin Sir’s class in March 2019 and I thought I would only continue for a month as my summer vacations were for that duration only. However after learning different things about your body, I realized to continue as it would be better for my lifestyle I had adapted. But I left due to personal reasons and was not able to handle both studies and classes simultaneously. I joined again in January 2020 and continued till Covid hit in March. After that everything fell apart for me. I lost my interest in the classes, my mind and body was always tired and I had lost a very close friend which broke and tore me apart. After finally getting over it and passing my 10th standard, I joined the class in July 2021 again. It has been the best month for me in a very long time as I could not be more happy than ever. The people around me in the classes and especially my Guru (Jatin Sir) are the main reason I am so happy and motivated each and every day. My mindset and perspective for life has completely changed which has helped me deal with my problems . Each and every day, Sir teaches us different types of exercises which benefits us in our day to day lives. It helps us to be fit mentally and physically and enables our body to lead a healthy and yogic lifestyle. Some activities such as HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Power Yoga, Aerobic workout and Cardiovascular exercises are some examples, our sir instructs us to do in a fun and loving way. If you are dealing with depression, anxiety, stress or similar problems, I would suggest you to join the classes as soon as possible because I too had these problems. Be regular and follow sir’s instructions and you too will overcome your problems easily… It has helped me a lot that I cannot describe my emotions in words. Thank You Sir for everything?
