Please guys don't go to have this internet connectivity 80% of the time internet connection will not be there .
And they make fake promises that within 24 hours problem will be resolved but no...
It's now 12 days still no connectivity ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service provider if you just have extra money in your account then you can invest in this company.
They’ll just keep you waiting for installation after the payment and don’t even think about any services after the installation because they don’t even receive your call especially Pankaj and Divyanshu who works with this service provider.Still you guys can invest because its your money?

Prakash Kadam - Sales executive Bandra West region is a cheat. He kept following up to make the advance payment of Rs 1875.
But the connection was never installed. I called up YOU Broadband hotline many times but no one is bothered to refund the money.
They've taken advance for an internet connection that's never been installed!
Don't ever use this service provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scam: Prakash Kadam- Sales executive and Prajakta Shetty are cheats and fraudsters. I needed Internet connection urgently and Prakash promised installation in 1- 2 days but took advance payment immediately of Rs. 2137/- only to tell me that nobody is available to come for installation. I got a connection elsewhere and asked for refund... Now those two are evading my calls, reading my messages and not replying about refund... stay away from YouBroadband. Their Andheri address is also a fake one. Need to file complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've broken my head for 3 years with this internet service provider. Every few days there is disconnection. I kept extending since I would have data left over. With work from home due to covid, this internet got on my nerves. Even some of the highest authority that I could reach (Mr. Murti Krishnan) is pretty powerless to compensate or help any customer out. If you have bothered to check reviews then please heed the experiences and do not purchase this service

The installation was completed on 17 March but no internet connection. After calling them number of times I didn’t get any help. On 24 April, the installation team visited n said that the cables where not connected properly. I was committed by the you broadband executive, that I would get the lost days.
Whenever I contacted the executive, he said he was out of office. The entire issue was mail to Nodal Maharashtra. But they didn’t take the courtesy of replying to my mail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been subscribing to their service for about 16 years. Service was not great but managed all these years as need for internet was minimal however the true test was during pandemic when we were totally dependent on internet. Had numerous issues and technical assistants were not available to resolve issues. The worst was yet to come. I temporarily shifted my residence and asked for service there where I already had You broadband connection and they told me to take a plan and make the payment and my internet will get connected instantly. I took a plan for 3 months and paid for it. However I did not get internet connectivity. For 2 days they kept assuring me that it would start. Later I learnt that the cable to my building had been cut. When I asked them they admitted and said it would take 10-15 days to install the fibre cable and then I would get. I already lost 2 days of work from home and had to take internet from another service provider. I asked for a refund of my payment made on 20th March however till date I have not received anything. Don't know how long they will keep lying.
