★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got in contract with them for renting out and managing my 2 bhk flat. From past 2 years they are unable to find any single tenant. Its always vacant. Their marketing team keeps coming out with new reasons every time. I did not see any commitment from the team.
They made me pay for furnishing the complete apartment. And at the end it has always been an investment to maintain this property.
I would definitely say stay away from this company if you would like to rent your property through them.

I do not agree with your response. Other apartments in krishna mystiq are getting rented out. Its bcoz of the commitment of your sales team. I do see every 3 months a new sales rep comes and before he could start with anything a new one takes his place. Also i dont see any any marketing being done, I have asked multiple times to your marketing team on how are they marketing, no updates are given. How do you expect this would get rented. The dwindling rating of your company itself says this company is loosing customer trust. I hope you guys pull up your socks and start showing some commitment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever service. No reply to mails or no callbacks too.Its been more than 1.5 month since I left yourownroom property.Not given advance money back. Advance money cut is huge for stupidest of reasons. No proper reply or callback. I would definitely say no to anyone who wants to join.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the customer support named Sindoor is very unprofessional. At the time when you vacate the place they will try to threaten and harass. They talk very unprofessional. I would never recommend to anyone if they can't treat properly. I am very disappoint with the service of yourownroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just realised after reading the reviews that many are going through the same experience like Me and my previous roommate. They have obviously added extra charges of which many of it were not made by us (Ofcourse they will be replying back with some blame) and it’s been 2 months since we vacated and we have not got our refund. We have constantly been mailing them but not a single response from their end, I would say this is one of worst customer experience I had to ever deal with. When asked for refund, they have been telling us, the owner has not been responding to their calls and so we are not able to process it till now. When you clearly won’t have any contract with the owner but only with YOR, yet they are now asking us to follow up with the owner. When they are not able to get back the rent from the owner why are you running a rental property company? When you get everything you want from the tenants but stop responding when it’s out time to get the refund back ? It’s been a real torture for us so far. No one is even bothered to reply on the email after all this. We have decided to escalate this legally if we don’t get our refund.

My house owner (for 8 years) who stays out of country decided to hand over the flat to YourOwnRoom in 2018, to stay handsfree. Though we had our initial skepticism, we realised soon that YourOwnRoom was run by a very professional team led by Mr.Prabhat Tiwary. Be it from rent payment mechanisms to instant rental receipts.. even yearly agreement renewal. Also, very accommodating during COVID times when the rental market was in a flux. They took care of all maintenance dues on time & were available at a phone call away for any requirements. I moved out recently and the exit process was also quite seamless. Certainly someone you can trust.

I rented out an apartment. I won't say everything was smooth and sweet but things were handled in a professional manner. The handing over was done properly. All the issues regarding the condition of the apartment were discussed and agreed upon clearly. This helped in a smooth exit process for me.
The support team was very responsive, support tickets were raised immediately on sending email to the customer care email address. On one occasion when my bathroom door lock was damaged and the door was locked out, I got help within an hour to get the issue resolved.
While moving out things were handled properly. The final settlement was done professionally and completed within the provided timeline.
I would like to thank the owner also who had cleared the settlement amount on time.
Overall I am satisfied with my stay.
