Dear Geeta and Arun, I really don’t think anyone other than you misusing this platform. Reviews and Feedback are great medium for awareness and outlines areas of possible improvement. It not only helpful to you as a service provider but also gives customers a sense of their “worst-case” scenario and miscommitments and miscommunication. 1.Regarding classes, we never complained on missed classes. We kept you informed about it. We just requested for particular videos. Those were not shared, not personally as well. I respect you as a person but please do not convey something which are in-correct. This is exactly what should be called as ‘misleading’. 2.Management never called until, review was put up here. This itself reflects reckless attitude from the management. They only care to mend things when reviews are put up. 3.Kindly understand, No one has vested interested in misleading people against your studio. Expect this from your competitor. I have enrolled for classes here which you are aware and such claims makes no sense. 4.You have definitely called after reading the review and accepted missing the due-diligence from your end per my records. Your response below contradicts it. This itself reflects the unethical behaviour. 5.Geeta kept calling and sending message despite I had a conversation with Arun which ended amicably and politely decline for continuing the classes. 6.Geeta requesting you to not call or message on any of my contacts any further. Kindly, do not misuse - We have not shared our contact details with you for such purpose. 7.There are couple of more reviews on other platforms to verify this and expressed regrets joining at Zealer for similar reasons. Thanks, in case you try to understand! ============== Original Review 27-02-2021 ==================== Well, my experience will Zealer was pathetic. They only focus on getting you enrolled. In case you are a new to dance and needs to start as a beginner. They will never guide you or suggest you to start with beginner level. They have re-opened and do not wish to lose any potential enrollment hence they will put you at any level based on your time availability. You only realize it once you start with the classes. There are 2 additional instructor other than the main instructor. The assistance instructors will only keep chattering and are quite un professional. The main instructor doesn't even care if you fail to catch up any steps! I believe they are unethical because during enrollment they will say we are like family and will do everything to bring you to speed, even in demo classes they will start with simple steps if they there are most of the folks at beginner level. Once the classes starts, you realize you are on your own if you catch up then you can continue else you will step out on your own. There is no provision of compensatory class in case you miss it. They will tell you that you come over on weekdays but then in those classes they might be choreographic some different song. It is completely un organized and focused on get people enrolled. It seems to be a decent place for learning dance for kids but not for adults. For adults if you fail to manage with Bollywood or Hip Hop dance class and cannot attend beginners class on weekdays, they will persuade you to join Zumba classes. They would also assure you that they will send dance videos with counts to you to bring you upto speed but once you join the class they would say taking videos are against their policy. Only they can take the video and share in the watsapp group. They will not send videos with steps-count in case you want to dedicate more time for learning at home. In a way, it is waste of time and money for beginners. I have 2 of my neighbors also happen to quit these classes and we ended up joining some other studio who are much professional and methodical.

I was checking dance schools near me, and when I first came to Zealers, and saw the quality and ambience, I almost didn’t join because it seemed way out of my league. But the warmth with which I was greeted and the way I have been treated since then, that showed me the real quality of Zealers and that is its excellent people. I thought of myself as someone who can never dance. Maybe just groove, yeah. At Zealers, I discovered a new surprising me, and I am eternally thankful to the brilliant and dedicated team of professionals here who each do their work so inspiringly.

I attended my first Zumba session at Zealers Dance Studio today. It was truly a wonderful experience. We had a quick introduction of the batch-mates; all of them are just fun to be with. It quickly moved on to Zumba and I was just enjoying all the while I was there. Also, I would like to appreciate that they are very understanding and caring. They acknowledged my personal needs and they got me there and further, while having fun. The classes are intense yet personalized for every individual, and you will love the diverse dance combinations. I have made my registration today and I will be hitting the floor thrice every week! Thanks to Zealers for teaching me, I believe now Any Body Can Dance. I saw one comment below which says Zealers don't share videos & it's for beginners. Sorry but I don't agree with you, I am still going in Zealers & they share the videos every week, and the dance Instructors like Mr. Vipin, Ms. Sheetal, & Ms. Sadhana, they all are excellent, and they teach every step until everyone catches the step. Also, I believe until we put a little self effort, we can't learn anything be it dance or our office work or home work for kids. I joined Zealers after seeing it's good reviews compared to others, almost all have rated it 5 except for few which will be every where.

I had visited the studio to enquire for the available sessions for my son and had to wait for a long-time to even get some attention, eventually we had to walk away because we had given up waiting, all this while - we were waiting one of the dance instructors even walked by us and didn't even bother to ask why we were waiting and how he can help. Before signing up if this is the case, I can only imagine how good the attention would be on the kids! Hope you guys fix this and treat prospective customers or students with atleast some courtesy and regard!

I have been going to zealers studio for the past one month to learn zumba and have been having a wonderful experience so far. Sadhana is an exemplary instructor and it is so much fun to learn from her, the energy level she carries is so contagious that you will never feel like giving up!!! She answers all my queries so patiently and encourages me so much at every step. Thank you so much Sadhana and zealers, you guys are awesome and I look forward for my classes every week.
