★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great place to workout. They have state of the art equipment and the trainers are well experienced. The staff is very polite and helpful. I have been working out with my trainer Sahad for quite some time now and it has been amazing. His training has variety and he encourages me to push my limits. He ensures that my training and diet are focused on achieving long term fitness goals and not just weight loss.Joining Zest was one of the best things I did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best gym in electronic city. It has got a variety of equipments required for muscle training and cardio. Trainers are well experienced. Staffs are very helpful.

2. Group classes (Latin boly, Strength and conditioning, Poweryoga, Metabolism, Zumba etc)

Joined 2 weeks back after seeing the high google reviews.
Pros:
1. The gym has very advanced equipments.
2. Flexible Timing.
3. Personal trainers are well skilled.
4. My trainer is Ramshed who is very good in training me for body building and posture correction. Also good in motivation and providing stretch exercises. Only for him I am providing the rating of 2, else I would have given only 1.
Cons:
1. No proper air conditioning inside the room. Outside temperature is very cool and inside it is totally a different scenario. I have asked front desk to switch on the A\C for the past 2 days, and for name sake 15 minutes it was switched on and then condition worsens after 30 minutes again. Due to this I feel suffocating and leaves the gym before completing all my exercises.
Luckily I have paid for only one month around 6k. And Zest has given an offer for one more additional month. If the condition continues, I will discontinue and join a better gym after the remaining 6 weeks.

If anyone looking for result with real experience of service can come and experience it.
They maintain very hygiene.
Good housekeeping staff. They proud of their premise they keep it clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They gym is very well equipped and has all the equipment one would need in a gym. The staff are very friendly and the behaviour is very professional. The one thing I liked the most about the management of this gym is that they actually look at a client's feedback and take it positively to be better.
And obviously my trained Sahad, he is a very dedicated employee to be honest. Even when he is on holidays, he messages and ask whether I had been to the gym and completed my workout without bunking. This is highly appreciated and I hope it is carried forward in the days to come as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the amazing gym in Electronic City. Hygiene is one of the key which they follow in regular terms. I have been getting trained for the past one month and the trainers here are wonderful and always helping us and motivate us to get better. Especially the fitness manager Anandhu’s attitude is just amazing. He always has the enthusiasm and passion. I personally started getting trained with him. Journey is getting better.
